I really love this vest. I appreciate the extra length compared to a regular length vest. I first ordered a large but returned it for a medium which was a much better fit.

Excellent item. Bought it to provide an extra layer for my visit to Los Angeles in February/March and I have worn it almost daily due to cold mornings and evenings. Large pockets so I don't need to carry a purse. Love the longer length as it provides more coverage and warmth. Also love the color. Salmon color.

This long vest is my favorite. Not too bulky, yet warm enough for running around town. I rarely use the hood, but like it to flip up over my knit beanie in snowfall when running errands. Also really comfy to wear in the car on drives.

I have been looking for a vest that could cover my bottom, Didn't realize have to use word "long" in my searches ,SO HAPPY to find this item , Its not bulky and still keeps you warm. Need more colors Please and wish the price was a little more affordable for me

I love this vest! It is just what I expected and has LL Bean's classic attention to quality, style & function! It is lightweight with a removable hood. The side panels are made of a different non down filled material that lies flat. This is perfect bc it does not add the quilted puffy look to your sides! I love the longer length which is a slimming look and keeps my lower back warm. My favorite feature of all is the double zipper so I can unzip the bottom of my vest for a more comfortable fit while I am sitting! An absolutely fabulous buy!

This is a great purchase. I don't like bulk and layers and this vest is super great. It is warm yet doesn't make you look blown up! Also, the stretch in the side panels adds comfort when sitting down. Love it!!

I have 2 PrimaLoft vests and 2 fleece lined vests from Llbean that have taken me through many winters. I love the extra length of this one. With the hood it's warmer than my others and offers another perfect option in the cold. It is still very light and easy to wear. Truly another favorite! I am long waisted so I always buy XS regular for the extra length. Still love my others as well and use them every single day!

I originally bought a petite large but exchanged it for a petite medium. It fits perfect with room for a couple of layers. I like the stretch sides, and the hood, and the high collar. The longer length is great. If I got the regular, it would have been too long.

Comfortable, warm, and looks great! Great for colder Fall & mild Winter days when a full coat isn't needed for your day to day errands or outdoor hikes.

I had to order two of these because the XL was nice but very busty in that it felt like it poked out under the arms and felt too large. The black inserts on the sides are stretchy. If you are larger in the top area then go for it. I ended up with the large and it's perfect. I love the color. One thing I will add is don't expect a thick vest. This is ultra thin. Perfect to wear those sweaters over. If you shop and get hot in stores you will like this because you won't sweat it in. Love the length. Wish the hood was able to take off but it isn't. I will get alot of wear out of it. Customer service was good too.

Fits great , been wearing it every where. It keeps me from overheating when doing my 2mile walk. Going to the store it's great too not to hot and if it starts to snow or rain, I pull my hood on. Perfect! It's very light to wear which I love too. Good choice of color too , goes with most of slacks and jeans.

I love the primaloft vests in both the long and regular length style, wearing them through the year as even in summer along the Great Lakes there are cool evenings. These are a perfect warm layer in colder weather under a jacket or coat without adding bulk, especially in the sleeves. The vintage lavender color is lovely, matching the cabin stretch shirt in sailcloth/vintage lavender, or for a little dressier occasion liking it with a black top, or the muted lavender color in the selection of pima tops. I hope in the future this longer length will be offered in a color such as royal plum or a deep burgundy.

LOVE this vest. But I ordered too large based on other brands. Exchanged for Large. Slightly fitted and covering derrire nicely makes for a polished but casual look.

I have been wearing my vest almost daily! It's a perfect layer inside my house. :-) It's just a tad shorter in the back than I'd prefer, so in hindsight I wish I'd paid more attention to the length or ordered a regular size at the same time so I could have compared fit. Size S is comfy roomy, not snug, on me. It's my new favorite piece of clothing!

This vest is very comfortable. It adds a nice layer of warmth without bulk. The longer length is perfect to wear with leggings. The pockets are a convenient feature, cellphone and keys fit easily.

The vest is slightly fitted so I sized up and am very pleased since I will be wearing something underneath. The length is exactly what I was hoping for- it is longer and keeps me warmer and yet has room for flexibility of movement

I love how lightweight and warm it is. With the large size, I have room to layer both underneath it and over it. The longer length is nice and the pockets are good sized and comfortable.

I love this vest. The Small fits perfectly over just a T-neck or several layers. It is lightweight yet warm and I like the longer length. The Hickory color is beautiful and surprisingly goes with everything. I read some negative reviews about the hood but I've already found it useful. I have received compliments every time I've worn it. I expect to live in this vest.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a vest rather than a jacket, as hopes for eating outside occasionally in cooler weather are high, given our Covid situation. Coat sleeves just get in the way. The longer length and fitted sides give it a nice look and a great fit overall. I've worn it in breezy 60 degree weather over a lightweight top and capris, as well as in 30 degrees with a heavy sweatshirt and fleece pants. Each time I was very comfortable, not overly warm or cold. It's extremely lightweight. So much so that if I put something in one pocket I need to put something in the other one, to keep it from sagging on one side. But I always need pockets for keys or dog biscuits, so it hasn't been a problem. The inner pocket works well for my phone. It's a little deep, but again, not a problem. The only issue has been the zipper, but I wouldn't say it's a problem. It's a little tempermental, getting it started. But again, not a deal breaker. Overall, I'm very, very glad I purchased it!

This vest is wonderful; super light, great color and has a great fit. It covers your backside completely so make sure you want something that long when considering it. Very happy with my purchase.

This is one of the best products from LL Bean in a long while. It is comfortable, lightweight, and very attractive. The black panels are helpful in shaping and not too big. The hood is a nice addition! I've just bought this in 2 more colors!

This will be my go-to vest. It feels very light and a weight that is good for transition seasons and layering when it gets cold. I ordered the med size after reading some reviews that it ran large. I returned for my regular large size. It is somewhat fitted so was not at all too large. The longer length is slimming and keeps my backside warm. The double opening zipper is handy for my walks and very helpful with the longer length.
