The perfect vest! Love the fit/side stretch panels. I wear it daily on my walks and/or doing errands. Washes like a dream too! Love it so much I now own both the navy and black.

Nice length. It didn't come in tall, but still works quite well for 5'10". Hood does not roll up, but not overly puffy, so not bulky. Still slimming overall, and black side panels help with slimmer appearance too.

Hard to find a vest the right length to cover enough! This one is prefect and I have it in every color. I like that it is slightly fitted. Because the sides are stretchy, this vest doesn't add bulk to your silhouette. I wear this all year in California. It is not too heavy except for the hottest summer days. Pockets are roomy. The only feature I don't care for is the hood so I cut them off.

I love the primaloft outerwear. (I am not a fan of down fill.)This vest is a bit snug, but I like the length and color.

Unfortunately I fell between two sizes and the zippers were an issue on both vests. I loved the shape of the vest but didn't end up with one. I'll try it again next year!

Nice vest. I love it and wear it often. It is a bit shorter looking on me than in the photos but I'm tall and it's still longish just not long. The zipper sticks some but it doesn't seem like it's going to break. I just have to get it lined up a certain way sometimes. Overall, I'm glad you I bought it though. It looks good.

I absolutely love this vest! I am 5'9" about 170 pounds, I ordered a large, the length and fit were perfect. I can fit a nice little sweatshirt underneath also. Super comfy!

Love everything about this vest! Very flattering, I have black so it goes with everything. The hood is nice to have and the stretch material on the side is so nice! The zipper can be a little tricky but I love it and recommend you to buy onebig LL bean fan!

Warm, lightweight and packable says it all. I traveled to New Zealand with this vest and it was perfect layer for their mix of strong sun and cool breezes. I love that it is a little longer on the body so there are no air gaps when bending over.

This vest is lightweight but warm, just as described. The hood is large which is great when wearing it under a coat in the rain or snow. It is very stylish and the longer length is both functional and adds to the great look of the vest. I am 5' 3'' 100 lbs. and the XXS Regular fits perfectly.

I've been eyeing this vest for a long time and finally ordered it after two months. I wish the measurement lengths in inches (especially for tunics) were included in your descriptions. I'm 4'11" and wear petites and prefer tunic lengths. I had to return the petite as it was too short for my liking. The regular suited the length that I like. To save time, please include the lengths in inches. I was told this would be done, but still haven't seen it in subsequent descriptions.

I really like the design of this vest. I LOVE longer vests, mostly for warmth and functionality, but also for style. This is pretty light-weight, but certainly adds warmth, especially when layered. It's great for cold weather hikes or runs. The quality of Bean's items in general is a cut above, and I'm thrilled about that. If the color options were better, I would buy another one. The color options take me back to the dark old days of the '90s, when the only options for women's activewear were black, bright/pastel blue and bright/pastel pink and maybe bright purple. Thankfully this is at least a navy blue. That's what I got, and I like it, but would definitely prefer a dark green, charcoal gray, deep red, copper, or loads of other colors. My entire activewear wardrobe was black for so many years because the color options for women's clothing were so bad, and now I never want to buy black again because I'm just sick of it - and it often shows way too much lint/ dirt and ages badly, depending on the fabric.

This vest is long enough to cover hips, tailored enough to give a slender look, thick enough to add extra torso warmth, but light weight enough to be a comfy, non bulky layer - it's the perfect vest to wear in a low temp house or workspace, or as extra insulation under a thicker coat, and the hood is a great addition.

Beautiful quality. Love the bottom zipper that zips up when sitting & the sides of the vest are stretchy material that gives.

I have quite the LL Bean outdoor line, since I work outside in the elements and am constantly layering and changing throughout the seasons. This vest is the one vest out of all my others that fits absolutely perfect underneath my jackets whether it be a raincoat, or a heavy winter coat. I am 5' 3" and got the Petite length, and it still covers my bottom. I love the double ended zipper, so I don't stretch the fabric will sitting down.

This is a very comfortable weight and length vest. It hits just below the hip and is not super thick. I like that it layers under a coat well but it casual and cute enough to wear on its own. The pocket are super deep and the hood, while it does not detach, lays very flat.
