Nice jacket which I needed to replace an old LL Bean hooded jacket. As other reviewers noted, it's not very warm so I'll use it for fall and summer.

I like the lightweight and warm quality of this jacket. I do not like the arms are a bit short. for the size I ordered xl they should fit my arm length

It's fairly warm for its weight, but you'd need something warm under it for cold weather. It's shaped for a women with a flair at the hips. Great for travel.

I bought this jacket for an August cruise to the British Isles. Expected temperatures for many ports were in the high 50s. I thought this jacket was perfect for that. I can't imagine wearing it much below 45. I'm short, but need a plus. I didn't find the arms on the 2XL to be too long. The cut is very flattering. The marine blue color is gorgeous. Having a hood is a plus. The packability is very easy. I'm normally always cold, and I live in Central NJ, where temperatures are usually no worse than the 20s. Just so you can calibrate. You people from the Midwest are probably much hardier than I am.

I have wore the jacket several times. It is lightweight, yet warm. I like the hood in that the area around my face is protected when the jacket is fully zipped. Though, I would prefer the jacket to be less "fitted", especially when it is worn over a sweater.

This has been my favorite go-to jacket for the last 5 years however now the zipper doesn't work and splits open and gets off track/stuck at the bottom. I could have worn this another 5-10 years with a better zipper!

Nice comfortable jacket. Xsmall fits well. 130lb 5'4" female with broader shoulders and small chest. I liked the idea that it might be better in wet weather due to the high-tech materials. Not as warm as downobviously. Collar area is not very comfortable when zipped all the way up due to the integrated hood material. I either zip up to sternum area, or I zip completely only when the hood is up, or else the zipper area pokes uncomfortably into your neck/chin area. LOVE that there is an internal and external chest pocket (many times these particularly the external chest pocket is reserved for men's clothing). Great for cool weather, but I will wear my natural down sweater jacket when it's colder (below 20).

This looks like a great jacket. I love all the zipper pockets! I find it a little roomy. I'm 5'10" 145lbs and got the small. Even with a sweatshirt underneath the torso is pretty boxy and roomy. So much so I think it might not fit well enough to be as warm as possible. Just a heads up that if you're slim, this may fit a bit boxy.

Vacillating between 3 star and 4 star rating. Likable coat features are it is packable (great for airplanes and hiking) plus the hood can be adjusted. Concerning features are the zipper (which is hard to start) and the narrow elastic cuffs, which did not allow me to cover gloves (resulting in some exposed skin). If you are going to be in cool, windy weather, wear several layers underneath. I did not experience rain, so I cannot comment on how rain resistant it is. All in all, I am glad I purchased this jacket for travel.

I like everything about this jacket except the elastic around the hood, but I can live with that, I like the jacket that much.

Love the lightness of the jacket. Bought it in "shadow pink" love the pink but the contrasting color I did not care for. I exchanged it for the deep marine blue color which I like better in the photo. Hope I like it when it arrives?

Lovely color and fits well but not much better than a heavy flannel shirt for warmth. I'll keep it but am disappointed in amount of fill.

Light, packable jacket with good features. Internal and external zippered chest pockets are easy to reach while wearing a pack.

This is a great jacket for changable weather- it packs easily for travel, weighing almost nothing, but is surprisingly warm. The only negatives are the hood, which is functional, but not very attractive, and the bright orange zipper.

My older version of this jacket that apparently was 6 years old zipper broke and I replaced my old Primaloft with this one. I liked the roomier fit, the chest pocket on the outside- FINALLY but 2 huge drawbacks, the hood still doesn't come adjustable and if you don't zip it up all the way the plastic digs into your chin. I find that I need to tuck in the right side so it doesn't scratch me all the time. If they could update these in six years I'll probably buy it again!

Coat looks great. It fit well. It was light and had a nice hood. However, I returned the coat as it did not keep me warm.

I have the same jacket in orange (so sad that's no longer available) from 2017. I love the extra front pockets and snug hood. I ordered the same size as previously but was disappointed that the small was too big. I compared the shoulder width and it's clearly larger. I will return for extra small and hope it's not too small.

Glad I got the Petite length. Fits perfectly. Didn't notice how light weight it was going to be. But So.Calif. is forgiving of that; so I am happy.

Met my need for a lightweight, packable layer to wear when traveling between cold weather and a beach/island destination and back. Needed something that I could easily carry and put on in chillly airports, transportation home in colder weather on my return, etc. Love the color and the weight. The only thing that would make this jacket perfect (in my opinion) would be a slightly heavier, more efficient zipper. The zipper did stick at the bottom and didn't want to go up until it was forced, even after I reconnected it a few times.

Loved the color and weight of the jacket, but the hood was designed for a small head. When the hood was in place there limited visibility, which is not good for activities outdoors, and it was too snug for my head. I do have large head, but this hood size seemed unusually small.

Miss-puchase on my part. I needed a jacket for colder winter days/nights. I purchased a labeled 'WARM' jacket instead of a labeled 'WARMER' jacket. I will be exchanging it. I needed to pay more attention to the labeled 'warmth' suggestions.

Affordable reliable light jacket. Comfortable fit . Good for fall or early winter. Light enough to use as a layer under my winter jacket. Zipper works well. Hoodie helpful , and I believe it's water resistant.

This is a great coat, light weight warm, water and wind resistant and comfortable. My only request would be for a better zipper! One that can also zip from the bottom up please.
