I bought the Khaki color, but the color was not really that light brown. I asked two friends what color they thought it was. Both saw green in the color-one said forest green, the other said olive green. Granted, inside I cannot see the green color, but outside in the sun it definitely does not look like khaki.

My 25 year old husband turned into a 45 year old dad watching his kids baseball game when he put this jacket on. It's definitely not a style for a young, active, adult male. Good quality as expected, but definitely returned. Love you LLBean!

I had one from several years ago. Having lost weight, I decided to get another. First, the collar corner is bent up, and will not go flat. secondly it is a bit snug for a size large. Last but not least, it is not warm. I bought the Fleece lined, like my original, but they forgot the insulation (Thinsulate, it was called.) This jacket is good for spring to fall, but not in the temperature range advertised. I have always trusted L.L. Bean's products, but this jacket does not live up to my expectations.

I ordered color Moss/Khaki because the picture on the website made this color look like a shade of tan. It isn't tan at all it's army green. I'm going to return it and select another color. Size and fit are excellent but the colors on the web page are very deceiving.

Lovely jacket but my husband is short and stocky men and he is at a disadvantage because to get it large enough in the chest/waist, the sleeves are about 3" too long. It was returned. I wish LL Bean would produce short men clothing.

I have had this jacket in the past and never had a problem with it. This jacket however seems much tighter than a men's large. I'm just wondering if it was mislabeled and it was a women's large. The inside pocket is tight and in an odd spot. I love the color, I really wanted to love the jacket more.

The Men's Warm-Up Jacket, Fleece-Lined did not fit well. The sleeves looked very puffy and the band at the cuff kept going up into the sleeve. Additionally the band at the waist was too tight. I returned it as soon as I tried it on.

I don't know why on my latest coat you have no large inter pockets, the small zipper won't hold a I-phone plus your older model had 1 large and 1 smaller pocket, the new zipper pocket would be great for a I phone plus if it would be a bit larger. measure the largest phone then size accordingly

Years ago I bought a warm up from LLbeans jackets with 300 grams polartec. It was just enough warmer then the cheaper ones to make it my perfered jacket.....Recently LL.bean ad said 300 grams, but when I got this new jacket it has the same thin cheap polartec lining as the cheaper jackets....i wont buy one here again...

Jacket is a jogging suit top. It is advertised as being warm from +35 to -15 that is really a lie.
It came yesterday and i am wearing it while sitting at an outside caf it is 51 here I am cold.
I bought it to be able to wear in cold weather the advertising is incorrect at best I will be returning the jacket.
Quite noisy outer shell material another issue.

Attractive colored, single-layered fleece product and not lined with a second layer of fleece with contrasting color. More a light-weight sweater than a jacket. "Elastic cuff" consisted of a very thin band of poorly finished, stitched fabric and not a 4-6 inch cuff as depicted, producing a poor fit.with no closure at wrist. Good fit, however, across the chest and shoulders; sleeves about 6 inches too long.

This jacket was bought to replace a similar fleece lined warm-up jacket purchased many, probably more than 10, years ago and one that has been my go to winter coat for all but the most severe weather. The old jacket is, to the best of my knowledge, an XL Regular, although the tags are long gone so I'm relying on memory.
The new jacket does not seem as roomy as the old one, but this could be because the old one has stretched and conformed to me over the years. The new jacket does not have an interior zipper pocket. I originally bought the new jacket as an XL Tall and had to swap it for an XXL Tall. It does fit, albeit a snugger fit than the old jacket. I'm keeping it and we shall see how it works out.

This jacket has a lighter fleece liner than another similar jacket I have. My other jacket is warm in cold weather but this one is just too thin for winter weather. I see it as a spring and fall jacket. It also fits a bit tighter around the midsection than I feel it should. If you want something warm for cold weather look elsewhere. Also consider going up in size if you tend to be in between sizes.

I bought this jacket because I had one from about 10 years ago ( zipper went out) and also not x large. The exterior material is the same. The inside pocket is smaller and not as useful. The pocket material is less robust. The fleece while nice is not as thick as before. It tends to get cold on the shoulders when it is 30 outside ,unless I wear a lined flannel shirt. The fleece in the old one went entirely to the collar, this one stops and goes into a smooth material not as thick. Weight wise it feels lighter. I like the way it looks, however I wish it was made the same as before. I would hesitate to buy again, but probably would , if wear a warmer shirt underneath it works.

everything ok except the collar. The right side of collar is too big. A friend has one and the same is true. I have an older jacket which is much better collar wise.

Every couple of years, I purchase a new fleece lined warm up jacket for my hubs (it's his favorite winter coat). However, this year, we both noticed that the coat is much lighter (fleece isn't as thick or heavy) than the last one we ordered. My hubs said it's more like a fall jacket and won't be warm enough to wear during the winter. In the end, we decided to keep the jacket and I guess he'll wear it next fall. Disappointed in quality changes in LL Bean clothing and products.

The color and the make is good, the size slightly too large. The outer material makes noise while walking as the hand rubs against the side of the body. I expected different type of outer shell material that does not make noise while walking.

This all started when I went to get my original 35 year old one fixed or replaced. Oddly enough the service and advice with trying out coats to get the correct size was very helpful, though it ended up costing the price of the discount since I had to try twice. I went through XL tall, to the XL Reg to the L Reg which all were great coats. The question I had was why was the insulation value for thinsulate lower in the reg than the XL... being fall in New England, the two XL coats were perfect but the L is a bit chilly.

This is the second warm-up jacket I've had. I loved the first one I had in college, but destroyed it with battery acid. So, i decided to buy another. It figts great, and is very comfortable in the prescribed temperature range.
However, the jacket started having problems with the left cuff. A little after a year I bought it, LL Bean changed their policy regarding repairs and replacements. By this point, the left cuff had been snagged by the pocket's zipper multiple times, tearing it apart. The zippers on this jacket are the big teeth type, and easily snag the knitted cuff. This happened only to the left cuff because I wear a watch. The cuff over the watch ended up stretching it out more, allowing it to be more easily caught on the zipper.
Would I buy this jacket again? Probably. I'm still wearing it despite the torn-up cuff, the rest of the jacket is holding up beautifully.
