I was lucky enough to grab on of the Oakwood colors before they sold out. This color is awesome, and I know that is why it went so fast. If they bring it back I would grab it quick. The orange is like a darker tint, and it matches the grey trim nicely. Spot on with the color. It looks so nice with everything. I tried this jacket because I wanted to see why it was so highly rated. Of course, its LL Bean quality, aka the finest on the market. It isn't cheap material as those other brands, but is sturdy and light weight. The elastic sleeves and waist are not flimsy either. They will last for years to come. I ordered an XL Tall, and it fits perfect. I have a larger frame and like to layer with a jacket like this. But the sleeves fit exactly how I need them. So maybe take into account your build before choosing a size. The zippers are well made and it has an inside pocket. If you pop the collar it keeps your entire neck warm. Not only is this a go-to for the cold days, its also super stylish!! Check out the pic. I am with Cupcake, who is wearing her LL Bean fleece jacket for our walks!

This jacket is warmer than I expected and a great wind blocker due to the woven banding around the waist and wrists. It is roomy enough through the chest, arms and body to allow me to wear an LL Bean Ragg Wool sweater and fleece vest, or one of my LL Bean Norwegian Heritage sweaters underneath in complete comfort and mobility. I definitely wear it more than I thought I would- living here in Montana!

I've had this for a couple years and I love it. Very warm. Great for walking the dog even in cold windy winter. Only complaint is no hood. I live less than a mile from lake Michigan and when the wind kicks up, you need a hood to block the wind.

I've bought a few of these jackets the past few years and really like them.

This jacket is very comfortable and repels water and wind. I have one of these jackets that I have had for several years and it still looks good with no signs of wear. It is warm and with a sweater underneath it can be worn in cold weather. It is true to size and fits well.

This is the second one of these jackets that I have owned. They fit great and keep me warm in the spring and fall.

I had always used a leather Jacket for a mid-weight Jacket, but felt it was time for something more "bum" around. Purchased this Jacket and it's perfect for 28-48 degree type weather. I'm happy with my purchase.

This jacket replaces one identical that was many years old. It is still in use as a work jacket. My husband loves it. Can't beat LLBean quality.

perfect jacket for fall weather and winter with a sweater underneath

I had a similar jacket from a different brand when I was younger so I gave LL Bean a shot. This jacket is a great investment for decent warmth. It's lightweight and not bulky. It keeps me warm in 40-45 temps unless it's really windy. I have enough room to add my LL Bean vest underneath if it's really cold.

This was for my husband and he really liked it. Nice jacket for the money.

I have had a couple of these over the years and they were always my "go to" jacket when heading out the door. The jacket has a classic look, is light weight, comfortable, and warm for days with a chill.

My husband loves it. It replaces a similar one that is still in use but looks old - probably 10 years old!

This is the second of these jackets I have owned, I bought the second because I was very pleased with the first jacket but unfortunately it is wearing out. They are excellent jackets, warm in winter for the warmer days (above 25 degrees), and excellent for driving. The jacket is lightweight and washable. I had the first jacket around 7 to 10 years.

I love these jackets,the length is great getting in and out of vehicles.My xlarge did not fit as well as my last one so I had to return it for xxl which is spot on.

This is my go-to jacket I wear for the cold months in Northern New York. I like the fleece lining always keep me warm.

Great color, perfect fit and warm, looks good on

We have trouble to find a jacket with big enough armholes and chest area, especially if wearing sweater. Worried to order one online to find it wouldn't fit. It fits perfectly! It was a relief because this jacket is so well made and color is exactly what we were looking for, it would be sad to return it. Very good shopping experience, thank you!

I know that any LL Bean product would be of excellent quality and this was why I didn't hesitate to purchase online. I was very pleased with the fit and know it will give me all the winter warmth I will need here in MA. Keep up the good work.
