This jacket is made to "military standards" of materials and construction...it's bulletproof, made for REAL East Coast weather, so it's perfect for the damp, blowing fog of SF, and for getting out on the Bay itself. Never owned a piece of clothing that improved my mood just by putting it on..must be the color...GET ONE.

Fits well, easy to move in, comfortable and warm. I don't layer, but could if I wanted to. Just what I.needed for mid south winters, even the cold snaps we get.

My husband looks great in his new jacket. It is the perfect weight for our winters up here at 5,000 ft altitude. It's not too light nor too heavy. He loves it and says it fits perfect.

I ordered this jacket for my husband. He has to have a tall in xlarge. He loves the jacket and also stated it was nice and warm.

I purchased the medium size and it fits like it was made for me. The first time I wore it, it was 30 degrees outside with a 14 mile an hour wind. Overall, the jacket kept me warm. I have also worn the jacket when the temperature was 20 degrees and I was as warm as when I wore it the first time. There is also enough room to wear a sweater underneath without the jacket feeling tight. The zippers are well made and work easily.

This will be a easy review to write. This jacket is not my first from L.L.Bean. It is my 4th or 5th. I can't remember when it was but maybe 20+ years ago I was in the Bean store in Freeport, Maine and I purchased my first warm-up jacket and back then there was a matching vest for extra warmth. This is a very comfortable jacket and wears well. It's great for shoveling the drive or driving the car. My first was green and I still have the vest. I've purchased red, navy blue and now a light blue. If in ten years I'm still around I will purchase another one

I've worn this style jacket for as long as I can remember...probably could fill a warehouse with the ones I've worn out. It's comfortable on cool days and cold Montana winters. I hope the warm-up jacket will be available for years to come!

Heavy duty shell and nice feel. It is a trimmer fit so if you have a belly order up a size. I really like the way it goes on easy and protects against the winds. It fits like a jacket so it hit me just below the belt.

This is my second purchase of this jacket, love it!

I was looking for a jacket that had the comfort of fleece and wasn't designed for the coldest temperatures. The warm-up fits perfectly (I probably could have made a medium work but I like a little more room in my jackets), zippers work great and it has all the right features. And the price was right!

Excellent jacket great for midwinter and rain not too heavy not to light great jacket for all Weathers not bulky just overall very comfortable jacket I ordered the regular size jacket and I like to have the jacket hanging down a little past the waist that's why I got the tall

Husband likes it very much. Previous jacket was not warm enough in the arms. This one is cozy all around.

Nice looking jacket with good fit and comfort. Seems well made. It's warm but not quite as warm as the rating might indicate. But I'd still buy it again as I don't go out in single digit weather so not really a problem.
