The only sneakers I buy for my husband and child. Comfortable, durable, and stylish.

Comfortable and lightweight. I usually wear a 12 but these felt a little short. Returned them for a 12 1/2.

Great fit. Very comfy from first time

They are not true to size as advertised/ I normally wear a 10 and ordered a 10 for my first pair. I had to return them for an 11, which ZAPPOS quickly too care of (Thanks!) After wearing then nearly every day to work in a retail sporting goods store, they were showing their age. So I ordered another pair - this time an 11 1/2 because even the 11's felt snug. The 11 1/2 is much better.

The shoe fits well, with ample toe space. It feels initially as if it’s too loose around the heel, as if the shoe may drop, but it doesn’t, and this sensation disappears pretty quickly. It’s light and airy, and a great casual walking shoe. The test shoe in the store felt bouncier than my new pair (same model and size), but I guess this has to do with the need to break-in the shoe a bit. It looks great and very stylish.

Love the style and they ate pretty comforable. They seem to run a bit small. I wear 9.5 usually but they were snug so I went with 10’s.

Not for people with a higher volume foot

I noticed these shoes while I was vacationing in Zurich earlier this summer. I usually wear a size 9 in most other shoes (Nike, Adidas), but when I ordered these On Cloud 5 in that size, they felt narrow and snug. Because of Zappos' return policy, I was able to return them quickly and size up to 9.5. They are lightweight, feel great and look great. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I received a worn shoe. Nothing about that is ok. Never did I expect this from Zappos!!!!

I bought these shoes 35 days ago, I've worn them conservatively 25 days and the heal support is bone. They were very comfortable out of the box, but around day 20 of wearing them the heal support is gone.

Perfect selection for me!

I bought these for walking my dog. She is a 5 month old working line german shepherd, so walking her is a pretty demanding sport. They are absolutely perfect. They slip on and off as easy as a slipper so I can easily get them on while getting pulled out the front door and off when getting pulled in. They stay on when I have to sprint as she gets bursts of energy or sees a squirrel. The unique soles do a great job of providing extreme cushion in isolated parts of the foot that may strike the ground hard or at off angles, while not impacting the rest of the sole allowing me control to keep from getting knocked over when she decides she wants to quickly revert from squirrel chasing to face licking. Really a perfect shoe for anyone into extreme dog walking.

Cheap shoes. I wonder if OC is making a cheaper version of this shoe for Zappos, because I have heard such good reviews of these shoes from other people but when I received my pair I was shocked. Cheap construction. Cheap material. Flimsy upper, rock hard sole. Do not buy.

did not feel "squasy" enough

I love the shoe and am going to reorder it in an 8.5. However, my first pair of ON Cloud shoes was a 9. I am curious as to why the same shoe in a 9 is way too big.

On Cloud shoes fit exactly to size. Shipped very quickly. Very satisfied. Would definitely order from here again.

I finally pulled the trigger to buy my first pair of On Cloud 5. I have had plantars fasciitis surgery on both feet so I am very selective and research my shoes before buying. I am a woman that buys men's shoes because they have a wider toe box and these didn't disappoint. So far I like how light they are and comfortable they were from day one. The true test will be how they hold up. I see me buying more in the future if they do! I've only had them a few days, but so far so good!

Very comfortable shoe. I only walk now, but was an Aisics fan before, but really enjoy the QC’s. Custom orthotics fit okay as well.

I took the advice of others and ordered a half size larger for my husband—they fit perfect. Great shoes—highly recommend!

These are a great casual sneaker for walking around. They look really nice. A little snug mid foot, but nothing to affect the overall rating.
