I believe that the on sneaker runs about a 1/2 smaller than my other athletic shoes that I have. Incredibly comfortable if you size up that 1/2 size.

Felt true to size

Narrower width than previous pair I purchased (OC 5 Glacier white). Should have sent them back.

Fit as expected, second pair of these in a different color. These shoes are well made and last a long time. I've thrown my first pair in ther washer multiple times. Very comfortable and excellent support.

I just love these shoes. They protect my knees and hip joints. I can keep myself more healthy and pain free.

These shoes were a gift for my husband. He loves them so much. He reaches for them time after time. Definitely one of his favorite most comfortable shoes.

High quality. Super light and comfortable. Normally wear a 10.5 in other brands and styles. These 10.5s fit perfect. Will definitely buy another pair.

Shoes were returned because the left shoe had a spot on it, looked like glue. love the shoes, just didn't want to try to get the glue off, might make it worse.

Shoe was great -- but only lasted 4 months of casual city wear before the mesh upper developed a very noticeable hole. Great looking shoe, but I do not recommend purchasing a low-durability shoe like this for the ~$150 price tag after tax.

While I really love the LOOK of the shoe - the sizing was too narrow and actually ended up being a bit painful to wear. Thanks to Zappos AWESOME CX, I was able to return and selected a Brooks instead that works better for me.

We have always seen people with this ON brand and we always wondered what the hype was about… now we understand ..My husband loves them. They are true to size , light weight and comfortable. He uses them at gym on treadmill (fast walk not running ) and for work.

Love these! Light weight, great cushion, support, and spring. Quality materials, and style. Easy to slip on an off for daily use—which is awesome.

My second pair of ONS. Love them, the comfort and the fit. One of the best shoes of their kind.

I have a pair of On Cloud's and normally wear a size 9M. Ordered, and it was too large. Ordered 8.5M, still very wide at the toe even though it says it's a Medium.

Right size, good support and great styling. Look forward to purchasing more of the same, when needed.

These shoes are the bomb, I love how they feel, how they look, how they fit…. But warning - they don’t last long! Not built tough on the souls. Rest of shoe holds up great lol!!!!

The shoes were dirty on the bottom, and had obviously been worn and returned. They were also sent to me in a new balance box which was for size 7 instead 9 1/2. I also meant to have ordered the ladies 9 1/2 instead of the mens, but honestly that could have been my mistake. Never had anything but impeccable everything from Zappos, until now! Still love the ease of my return!

I love the way these shoes look...but they are narrow and hurt my feet after about an hour. Good looking though.

This is my third pair of On. True to form they perform as required. I use them to do Orange Theory workouts (treadmill, rowing and weights). I’ve had them for three weeks and so far they are perfect.

Have 2 pair now. Fit and sizing are true. As I have had 3 collapsed vertebrae and both hips replaced, comfortable shoes for me are very to find. The ON Cloud 5's are The Most Comfortable shoes I have ever worn. I have no back or hip pain for long periods of walking and wearing. Wear them every day. I now need at least one more pair. My wife also has a pair and loves them.
