The shoes arrived super fast, I was excited to get them, however after reading many reviews I decided to size up. I am a true 8 1/2 M but normally wear a 9 in athletic shoes so I ordered a 9 M. I am now returning these shoes because they are too big for me I will exchange for an 8 1/2.

I had a pair of white ones and loved them so wanted black to wear with jeans. Love them! I buy a Half size larger. Not sure how I feel about the shoe laces meant to allow you to slip on and off without tying but will try them. They do come with regular shoe laces if the others don’t work.

I am 8W Since they did not have wide, I ordered 8.5 instead. But the shoe feels really tight and not too comfortable. I hope in time it will loosen up a little bit. I won't blame Zappos for this. In my experience their service was excellent.

My husband has purchased this brand before and was excited to get another pair. However, while the length was fine, the shoe was too narrow and they had to go back. If it had come in a wide, we would have exchanged for that.

Most comfortable shoes ever

We’ve bought so many of these shoes and they’ve been great. The last pair was defective and the heal came unglued and nearly came off. Because we’ve had great luck and like the shoe, I’m returning the defective pair and ordering the same shoe again. Fingers crossed!

Great shoes for all day wear. Pretty light weight and quite comfortable.

Love how light they are. They are a tad expensive compared to other shoes I have that are made just as nice. 89.99 would be more fair for this but love them none the less

It appears that I received a MENs 8.5 size instead of a W8.5 US size.... I am returning both items for a refund and will reorder - not sure how this error occurred .......

Love these shoe, but they are crap. I have two pairs and both wore through at the big toe. Did this in 3 months. I'm in the process of making a claim, but ON is asking for proof of purchase even after I sent them the receipt. I'm done with ON shoes.

Bought Kuru's first and then my wife tried the On Cloud so I got a pair too. Wish I had just gotten the On Cloud. Much better support and feel for my plantar fasciites.

Absolutely the most fantastic shoes. Light weight, stylish and comfortable. Love the easy slip on and off. Spine design on the soul is brilliant.

I would say these run a touch on the small side so if you are in between sizes, go up . Light weight and comfortable.

These fit great, are very lightweight and super comfortable. A lot of reviews share concerns about their quality, but these seem well built. Time will tell, but for now I'm very happy with them.

After wearing these shoes twice the top back of the heel lost its support. This only happened on the left shoe. The right one is fine. I can not wear these comfortably now as my foot slides out.

I bought these for my husband, and he LOVES them. He says they are the most comfortable shoes he ever had.

These shoes looks great but barely any arch support and after no more than 20 wears, I somehow have a hole in the side. I have never had a shoe fall apart like this. Would not recommend. This show does not hold up to the hype
