Best athletic shoe ever…this is my second pair of On shoes.

Disappointed with over all quality and support for the prive. My Gravity Defyers are much better. I thought these would be same quality. I'd compare these to sketchers.

My new favorites!! The fit is perfect true to size. I wear women's 10/ men's 8.5. Walking in them feels like I'm walking on air or maybe a cloud lol. The cushion and spring forward is superb. This brand has put technology into it's creation and these by far are the BEST sneakers I own and I have many. Don't hesitate if you're looking for comfort and style at a great price!!!

They were too large

On the second try I got the fit that I needed. I love the look and feel of these shoes.

Very good shoe , good fit, easy to get on and off without tying shoelaces. It’s recommended that for On cloud shoes order a half larger, for me my normal size was a good fit

Just need smaller size

Great shoes best comfort l have had. if your feet are tired walking these are the shoes to have.

Very comfortable, although the elastic lacing was a little weird at first they are a good fit.

If you have a wide foot this is not the shoe for you. They are very nice, comfortable but very narrow shoe.

Size and fit were perfect. Material felt a little stiffer than earlier Cloud 5 purchases. Great looking shoes for the price.

I am a teacher and was getting a sore back from standing all day. These shoes have been a god send! No more sore back.

The shoes do not appear brand new. They have the alternative laces on as well as a few scuff marks on them. The laces that come with the shoes are not in the original packaging. Very disappointing to say the least.

Fit is good.

I ordered this for a family member and they needed a half size larger than their normal size. Zappos exchanged no problem and they love the shoe. Thanks!!!

Love the shoes, even though you forced me to send the first pair back in order to use a $75 gift card you stupidly refunded me rather than the $300 I had spent with my credit card. Whoever you have making refund policy is costing you money and should be fired.

These shoes were the only positive part of being stuck in Atlanta airport for almost 7 hours yesterday. Usually wear a 13, they were a bit tight so I exchanged them for a 14. Fit perfectly. Wore them for the first time yesterday and was amazed that they felt so good. We walked mikes around the airport and just kept saying how happy were were to have worn our On Clouds. I do think you should size up if buying this amazingly comfortable shoe. Also, their return/exchange policy is awesome and have excellent customer service.

This is my third pair of On shoes but my first pair of Clouds, I am very happy with them, for casual wear.

Awesome, comfortable shoe. I’ll be buying another pair.
