I have major feet problems . My feet do not like shoes and socks. I have yet to find a pair that I don't want to rip off my feet halfway through my day. My sister and I were talking and she asked me why didn't I invest in some a pair of Merrell's, apparently she, as well as both, my late Mother and late brother wore no other brand of shoe for work. I was impressed. I read the reviews and decided that if all these people (plus my own family ) swore by this brand I would be a fool not to give them a try. My feet are so happy I did. They still get hot and feel confined , but not even 25% as bad they use to be. I also notice that my feet super appreciate the firm support the shoes offer. Very pleased and will remain a long time customer!

My third pair of Merrell walking-hiking shoes; good support comfort and long-lasting; I have nerve issues in my toes and osteoarthritis in my knee.

These shoes are comfortable and definitely waterproof in the rain. I like that the colors are gray and black throughout the shoe. The gray matches the gray of my handbag.

I bought my first pair of Merrells for a recent safari trip to Tanzania. They were perfect! They felt "worn in" and incredibly comfortable. The terrain was a mixture of red dirt/sand and rocky. I felt very stable on both. These are my new favorite shoes!

Wore these on an overnight hike to Trolltunga and was so glad I did. Performed exceptionally well under harsh weather and terrain

These boots are comfortable right out of the box , true to size 7W . Took a trip to Oregon and did a good amount of hiking !!

I have an older pair of Moab 3 that aren't waterproof and was hoping to get likewise in the waterproof version. Unfortunately, these are not the same and pinch in the toes. It's too bad they don't have a shoe with a proper wide toe box.

I bought these about a month ago. Wore them on a short outing. Then wore them on a hiking trail normal for me. They are slippery even on dry rock, but if slightly wet, you have to tread lightly and cautiously. The biggest issue is that my heal literally swims and rolls on a hike. What could be more dangerous. I had to be super careful just to avoid a sprain. I am sooo disappointed. I would NOT recommend!

Very sturdy & comfortable! Didn't need much breaking in.

I was set to love them but they're too short and caused significant blisters. Had to take my old shoes hiking this summer bc they hurt and not sure how long they'll take to break in properly.

Hiking in Norway! Best shoes but run on small side.

Moab 3 Waterproof Wide Width I absolutely love this shoe BUT I have a fused metatarsil joint and my foot cannot handle the upslope in ths toe... please...any help you can give me would be hugely appreciated

I bought these to (finally) replace my old shoes - Salomon hikers. These are similar in style to my old ones, and I've been specifically looking for womens' shoes with Vibram for a while - seriously, why don't more shoe-makers offer it for women? These are comfortable, stay securely on my feet, and keep ME securely on my feet, no matter what I'm doing. They're a good choice and I have zero regrets, except for waiting so long to get them.

Just like my previous pair - comfortable, supportive, stable, except new and nicer colors. I'm still using the older pair, 5 years or older, but they look crummy and are a little less firm. In other words, thees shoes endure!

This is my first ever hiking boot. I love the support for my sole and the boot is very comfortable. I wear a 10.5 in casual shoes, an 11 gym shoes, but I went with the 12 for these hiking boots with wool socks and the fit was perfect. The 11 was a bit tight in the toe area with thick socks. Enjoy!

I bought these new waterproof hikers for a trip to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. I did not get the chance to break-in these shoes before the trip. The shoes were comfortable right out of the box with no break-in period needed. I got caught in a hail storm and hiked through both mud and snow and my feet remained dry. I give these shoes 5 stars! Love them!

The shoes fits as expected- does have a wider toe box than previous. I did not order the wide. So it seems to be a bit wider than four years ago when I bought this shoe.

I own six pairs of Merrells, from sandals to winter boots, and always take the same size. These hiking boots fit a bit small, and I had to go up a half-size for fit. I haven't had a chance to put these in the wild yet, but the quality (as with all my other Merrells) is there.

I love these shoes. They are very comfortable. Worth every penny. Its extremely rare for me to find shoes that don't hurt my feet, and these are great.

The moab 3 wide with fit perfect. I have a bunion and have plenty of room with the wide width. This is my second pair of moabs. Very comfortable.
