All good but for the crooked monogram. Good color, comfortable fabric. But I'm shocked that a monogram could be so blatently crooked and that they would actually deliver such a poorly made product. Otherwise I'd be very happy with the robe.

Very good robe for the price. Very absorbent. Very warming in a chilly house. Minor drawback of tendency to develop loose threads needing to be sissored off.

In an ideal world, this robe would slightly longer and heavier in weight. I would willingly pay more for a heavier and 6" longer terry cloth robe.

Nice thick terry cloth for getting the paper at -5F; big pockets; sleeves are a bit long for my height; collar is too bulky and thick to be comfortable for me.

I bought this for my husband and he says that it's very warm (what he wanted) and it fits well, but it's a little too heavy. I say that it looks good on him and it's nice to cuddle up to him when he's wearing it! It also washes well.

Just what I needed going from the house to the tub and back.
Good quality and weight

The robe fits very nicely and it is warm, which was the primary reason I ordered it. The reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the fabric pills quite easily. I had a Ralph Lauren terry robe many years ago that wore like iron and didn't look as worn after 10 years as this robe did within 2 weeks. I'm wondering how long it will take for the robe to look really worn. I could recommend the item but with the caveat about the pilling and wear.

I am on my fourth or fifth identical terry robe from Bean over about fifteen years. I live in them at night and occasionally even more during the weekend. Nothing I own is more comfortable.
I would have given the robe five stars, except that my last robe seemed to wear out faster than the earlier ones and in fact had the arm rip open after many washings. However this was the first and only time I have experienced this, and if my current robe holds up as the others have, then this was just an anomally.
Hard to go wrong with one of these terry robes.

This robe is nice quality with a reasonable price. Previous robes have been too heavy, like wearing a heavy blanket. This one is just right Very cozy and the belt stays tied. Perfect for a cold day...wear it all day if you can!

This is a very nice robe. If this was available in full length, it would have received a five star rating. Longer is better!

I love the quality and weight of the material and the construction. I would however have preferred a more simple collar - one that does not fold over. While I do like the robe, given the weight it would be more comfortable and a bit less heavy and bulky that way.

I originally purchased a XL which was Like wrapping a blanket around me. A large fit me perfectly. I was expecting the robe to be a little softer. Kind of feels like a old towel about the time you buy new ones.

Overall this is a nice robe, although much larger than expected (I washed it in hot water and ran it through the dryer, which improved the fit somewhat). After a couple of months, however, there is noticeable pilling around the neck, on the belt, and around the cuffs -- basically, anyplace that is subjected to some natural friction. This isn't quite a deal-breaker, but it's disconcerting. I have had other cotton robes in the past, and they have not exhibited any pilling.

This is an excellent robe, but is heavier than I expected. It is not a lightweight robe and, living in Florida, may not get the use I had hoped for. It is a winter weight, certainly not year round. Very well made. My only size comment is the sleeves could be a couple of inches shorter for me.

Although I normally order large, and I used the sizing chart for this purchase, the robe was closer to an extra-large. My normal sleeve length is 35", but the sleeves on this robe came down to my knuckles. Maybe a trip through the washer and a hot dryer would size it more properly, although the washing instructions recommend only a warm dryer. It's not worth sending back, but keep in mind that the sizing of this item does not conform to the usual standards. That said, the overall quality seems good.

I had bought a similar robe from LL Bean many years ago. This one is considerably less plush. It's nice but not as high quality as the robe I bought before.

Very nice terry cloth robe, I gave it a 3 stars because it sheds. Even after washing, keep getting little pieces of shedding.

I am a medium in most items I purchase but this robe was way too large for me. The quality was excellent but the sleeves were 35 inches. I checked with the main office and was told a small had long sleeves as well. I like llbean products but this was just a misfit.

It's a great robe, if you live in Alaska. It is really heavy, truly, I am a senior citizen and this thick robe is heavy. Perfect, if that's what you're looking for. Nice quality. We returned it and will shop for a robe in May.

The robe is soft and well made, delivery was fast too; but upon receiving it I noticed that it already had pilling on.

This an excellent quality product but didn't work for my needs and I returned it. I purchased this for my husband and it is extremely heavy. He has a slight built and is in poor health and it was just too heavy for him. Also, it is made of Terry velour and not the type of Terry cloth I wanted.

I like the robe but like others I am disappointed that the material has pilled up considerably. This was an expensive purchase to have such poor quality materials.
