I bought this because one female reviewer said it is better than the women's hooded flannel. That reviewer wasn't kidding. I own two of the women's hoodies flannels and they are great but the flannel for the men's is thicker, softer, warmer, the pockets are finished, the hood is two-ply. I love it. I love love love love it! I love the zipper on my women's hoodies but the snaps on this one are wonderful, too. No worrying about buttons falling off.

Bought this for my son. He absolutely loves it.

Wear this over a t shirt on warmer fall days around 40 degrees . Very comfortable and looks fantastic. The material is super soft. Going to be ordering more in different colors.

I am a student ambassador for Ohio State. With this program, I chose to purchase this shirt. The shirt fits true to size and is so comfortable. The snap buttons on the shirt are a fun, interesting touch to the shirt. I even love how the buttons say LLBean on them! I wear this shirt all the time. Just hanging out, going to the store, or even participating in many outdoor fall activities! I plan to purchase this again in different colors! I HIGHLY recommend this!

I love this shirt, much more than I thought I would. The flannel is very soft and substantial. The fit is perfect for me. Very well constructed, robust, with all high quality metal snap buttons etched with "LL Bean 1912" -- down the front, sleeve cuffs and pockets. Very cozy. I'm thinking of ordering another in a different color!

I'm a woman but I bought this men's shirt because it appeared much more substantial than the women's flannel shirts offered. I'm 5'5" and 175 lbs and the XL works well for me. This is a very well-made shirt. The stitching is perfect. The snaps are secure but easy to open and close. The flannel is soft and warm, hood to hem. I balked at the price at first but this is the best flannel shirt ever. I will probably buy another so I can stop wearing this one long enough to wash it.

The fit style feel and comfort are perfect. Love the color. Not too heavy not to light. It also has two large inside pockets. Buying one for my girlfriend before it comes up missing!

I own 3 of the Scotch Plaid Flannel shirts, slightly fitted. So I got this mainly for the hood. Great choice.The hoodie is both soft and warm, just the shirt for late fall into early spring , here in New England. The fit is spot on for me. Very happy with the purchase. Recommended !!

Runs short and wide. I'm skinny and tall, long torso, broad shoulders but skinny waist, arms, etc. I opted for the medium tall after getting the large regular, which was too short, and, no ability to tighten around the waist. Hood is large and warm but not heavy. The side pockets are good, but could maybe use another inch or so of threading so to prevent fall from pockets. Overall, no issues. The chest pockets are maybe the worst part of the shirt. If I didn't mention, the snaps for pockets and shirt seem good. The pockets themselves are a little dinky and things tend to fall out if bent over and pocket isn't snapped (think chapstick sliding out). Love the shirt! Definitely a keeper: soft, warm, wearable indoors. Can't beat it.

Gift to my son who wore it the next day. Likes the black watch color and the hoodie.

I really like this shirt. It's comfortable and looks great. I wish they made a version of this that wasn't fitted at all.

It fit but it could use more room on sleeve width. I do admit I weight lift so my chest and arms are above average

I did think I was buying a heavyweight flannel shirt that happened to have a hood, but this is thin flannel, not at all like a flannel shirt purchased from LL Bean a couple of years ago. It it nicely constructed and comfortable. I would not have purchased it if I had realized it was such thin flannel.

Overall nice. Fit me well other then the hood was a little too big.

Very oversized. My husband wears all his shirts from you in large Regular, but I had to send this back for exchange for a Med. Your quality is always great and we buy a lot. There is some shrinkage in anything but very little in your products. This was too large to expect it to fit after washing.

My husband loves these, especially the smaller prints and grey colors. The only improvement would be to have the pockets sit more forward on the garment. Otherwise they're perfect. I just wish the women's were as comfortable, thick, more simplistic and as durable as the men's because I prefer his!

I ordered a Med. Tall but had to send it back- if fit like a relaxed Large. It also was dull and lacked the subtle green stripe shown in photos.

Bought this for my brothers birthday and he really liked the color and fit!

I love it, but wouldn't call it slightly fitted. Definitely seems to be more relaxed. I'm 5'6 150 pounds and ordered a small.

The sleeves are too long. I had to have these shortened by 2 inches but this is commom with your clothing being "slightly fitted", which means only for in-shape outdoor folks. It is nicely soft, nice color, good pockets, good weight.

Great shirt. I'd prefer if the snaps were actual buttons though
