I bought this for my 21-year old son for Christmas. He wears it almost every day. I will buy it in more colors. Its easy to wear like a long sleeve t-shirt (his preference), but looks so much nicer (my preference).

The shirt is great--the sizing is off. My husband is normall a large. The large was huge. Medium is the normal large.

This shirt is very flattering on men with slim or athletic builds. It's super comfortable and very warm. Just the shirt without other layers is good down to around 40-50 Fahrenheit without wind-chill. I plan to purchase more of them in different colors.

Im a woman but prefer these warm thick waffle tees to the thinner female version. They get the job done on a cold winter day. This is my go to tee shirt until spring.

My husband loves these crew tops. They are heavy weight, wash well and look super nice on. They do run big, and you need to size down.

I ordered this thinking it was the classic LLBean tightly woven sturdy waffle weave crew. Instead it's loosely woven and has to be washed in cold water on the delicate cycle. If it weren't for the return charge I would have returned it. Must now be much more careful ordering from LLBean.

Not a fan of the slightly fitted style especially in 2XL . While it is 100 % cotton the fabric feels pretty coarse.

The oyster shell color is more brown than the pics on the internet. Think small coffee with a lot of cream in it. Kind of a light tan. I exchanged it for a dark blue one. Quality is great, very warm.

Item shrunk significantly upon washing - even when following washing instructions. =/

Loved the fit and fabric. This is a true heavy-weight waffle knit thermal. Exactly what I was looking for to wear under flannels. The colors are horrible. I wanted a basic off white or white. The oyster was the closest, but it is a very dingy color. I returned it. Please offer your thermals in the traditional off white.

This item runs larger than normal LL Bean tops. I usually wear a medium, but this top was way bigger than normal.

My previous experience with LL Bean clothing is that my purchases have been pretty much true to size. The Signature Waffle Crew is the exception. i have to stand with the other reviews that noted issues with the sizing. I should have listened and chose a small. Quality seems to be there, but no matter as it does not fit well. Annoying. Now I have to return the darn thing. Pain in the butt.

My slender 5'9" husband was swallowed up in this. The sleeves and body were both too long for him. Returning.

Unfortunately, when worn against bare skin I find this shirt coarse and a bit irritating. Maybe it needs better grade cotton. It's also surprisingly heavy and warm.

I like running errands wearing a long sleeve and no coat in our Maryland winters. This shirt is good for that purpose. Design is to be fitted. It doesn't fit like a sweatshirt. Bigger size would have been looser but then to long. Returned it.

Do not care for loose waistline hems on heavier pullovers.

Wonderful fabric - just tremendously short after washing. Would expect LL Bean investment in at least a little additional length at this price point, or offer long sizes.

This is a well made shirt, with thick, warm fabric. My one concern is that it runs a little large. I ordered a large, which usually fits, but I probably could have gone with a medium. Also, the shirt itself is kind of long so that it looks better tucked in, and it's thick fabric so you'll want to wear it with loose fitting pants.

The medium was way too big, and the small was way too small. Also: $95 for a thermal t-shirt? This item should be about 1/3 what they charge for it. LL Bean has become way too expensive for my wallet.
