I wear a 10-1/2 in a running shoe. I ordered these in a 9 and my toes hit. I got them in a 10, and they are big, but with thick socks they are fine.

Comfy. Trust the sizing recs, I'm typically a 12.5-13 and 11D fits well.

This product is very well made and is as advertised, but be sure to pay attention to subtle differences that aren't always pointed out on the various models, such as differences in the tongues on the boots

Bought my boots at the pop-up shop in Greenfield MA this past weekend. I've been eyeing a pair for a while but was concerned about sizing since my feet are very wide. The first thing I notice with these is the incredibly robust construction and generous toe box. They're very comfortable even without break in and seem to have good grip on most surfaces. I did end up with a size 11, when I typically buy a 11.5-12. Even with a thick sock, my feet have ample space. I almost had to go with a size 10. Definitely consider trying them on before buying!

I recommend trying them on in store, bean boots have a fit of their own, and mine fit like a glove from the moment I slipped them on. They're super comfy and I wear them for 10+ hours a day some days. Worth every penny.

When I called my son to ask him if he needed some new boots, he said he thought he'd order some for himself as a Christmas present (great minds run on the same tracks I told him. In the past two years I've purchased LLBeam boots for all 3 of my sons! My youngest son's LLB boots lost tread after 20 years and he was sliding on the frozen snow last winter! Your quality still unmatched!

My son walks to work in his new Bean Boots, Chamois-lined. He lives in the Finger Lakes and the weather is definitely changeable with the seasons. He loves his new boots. Thank you!

While I've owned a pair of Storm Chaser side-zip boots for years, I consider these my first Bean boots. While on vacation in Maine, I ran across this pair at the Ellsworth ME LLB Outlet store. I mention this because feeling the tumbled leather and seeing/feeling the chamois flannel lining attracted me right away (as well as the 40% discount for being an open box return). I normally wear size 7 1/2 D. Size 7 fit perfectly with thick wool socks. Length good. Width good. I now know that the tongue is different in not being fully stitched to the boot but that is not a show stopper for me. Haven't worn them in the snow yet but they've been very comfortable under dry & rainy conditions. Might consider adding an insole to add cushion in the front sole. We'll see. Suggestions: 1) Consider paying extra for the tumbled leather. It is immediately comfortable and bypasses the break-in period the normal leather might require. The leather smells great! 2) Mind the sizing suggestions. The boots do run large but size 7 fit me perfectly with thick wool socks. 3) While I got a discount, I believe these boots are worth the price. Knowing what I know now, I'd buy them at full price. Finally: I love the whole deal about these boots. Century old design. Hand-made in Maine. Quality. Comfort. Authenticity. Cold/snowy weather functionality TBD but I predict they're keepers.

I like the boots. They are my first pair. They are a little large but that is fine. The website indicated this which I much appreciated. I think they are made a little larger to compensate for large bulky socks which is great. Love the boot so far. Wore them to work today.

Great boot, old pair is about 20yrs old, still good, looking a little worn, time to up grade. I did go down one shoe size.

Leather is very supple. Tongue is not stitched up all the way as in regular Bean Boots, so it is easier to put on, but this may not provide as much water proofing in deeper puddles; not sure as I haven't tested this.

I can't say enough about these boots. These are essential during the winter, and with the fleece lining make them warm enough but not too warm. I normally wear an 11 in other brand boots and shoes, and the size 10 of these fit perfectly. The quality and workmanship of these are second to none and well worth the extra $ these cost over inferior/imported boots.
