Soles are way too stiff - feet just walk out of them - even with the correct size!

Purchased 3 different pairs this year and them all back!

The shoes run large. Typically where 10.5. Will be exchanging the 10s for 9s. Otherwise, a great product.

Got these shoes yesterday and am very disappointed to say the least. I know they're moccasins but they lack any back side support. After only a day the back has spread about 2 sizes. In my opinion a waste of money.

Having ordered other shoes online, I had high hopes this would work out well. Being typically at a size 10 1/2 regular, Bean recommended to order a size up. So I did at an 11 regular. It was too long, so much so that the toe box was nearly empty and the heel slipped off with every step. And it was too narrow, bulging way out to misshape the sides. I do not have wide feet. Based on a long history of ordering online and in stores, this was a weird outcome that made the slippers uncomfortable with no expectation of adjusting to fit with wear. I have loved previously purchased shearling lined slippers from Bean, but these go back to Santa's workshop.

I was excited to receive them especially with the cold in the forecast. Out of the box the slippers look decently made. As another reviewer noted the tag is indeed in the bottom of the slipper. How dumb is that; very. The next thing to note is the insole is NOT removable. At my age I've had countless pairs of shearling slippers from all over and EVERY single pair, no matter where it came from had removable insoles. The insole wears out LONG before the body or sole of the slipper hence why removable insoles are a thing. Shame on me for making an assumption that should be a safe one for a pair of $100 slippers. As much as I want to like them, I just can't get past the tag in the dumbest place ever and the non-removable insole. I do not recommend this product.

They are very comfortable and warm, if a bit roomy for their size. I find them to be a bit wider and longer than what I normally wear in my size. Also, I am disappointed in the construction. The threading that connects the sole to the upper part of the slipper is already coming undone on one of them after less than a month. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Longtime purchaser. Always same size. They feel much too large and wide. A 9.5 would have been perfect.

The inside sole does not support the feet very well. Inside bottom was hard on the feet. I put a soft insert in the slippers and it was much better. Probably like some of your other slippers and cost about $119. Do not feel I have to add to this slipper to be able to wear. Will return.

If you need arch support, these are not for you. The footbed is completely unstructured.

Super comfy. My husband wishes that I would let him wear them in the house, but no chance. They leave scuff marks on my hardwood floors that are difficult to remove. They deserve 5-stars for comfort, and 1-star for kindness to wood floors.

I have no idea how there are so many reviews with these being a true fit. In the last 20 years of buying a size 13 footwear I've never seen anything so narrow AND they don't offer a wide?! I've had ll bean slippers in the past and they were not like this. Looks like the last time I'll buy any footwear here. It's also not allowing me to upload pictures to this review for whatever reason.

I have bought several pairs of slippers from Bean over the years. This pair was not worth the eighty five dollars I paid for them. The rear seam, right slipper has torn. The liner fluff is gone in the heel. I am disappointed in the quality of these and would hope Bean might reconsider replacing. Thanks for your consideration!

They just didn't fit. The left shoe was definitely bigger than the right shoe. I noticed they were no longer made in Maine by Americans. Chinese made products just don't have the same level of craftsmanship as good old Made in the USA products. The pair I was replacing these with were 40 years old. Good old made in Maine slippers. I really hated to see them go!! They were my go to winter cold weather slippers.

If you had a pair of the good old ones you will be very disappointed in these. I returned mine after I put them on and I couldn't tell the right foot from the left. Very poor quality in comparison to the old.

These are defective. The left upper is sewn to the right sole. I think the quality is there in shoe parts, but human error means they are lacking in quality control. It was easy to spot right out of the box.
