Very comfortable the first time I wore them on a hike.

My mother says she "loves it!" It fits her and the boots are warm.

super comfortable and waterproof. Went hiking in the wet mud and feet stayed dry.

This hiker boot is very light and comfortable to wear. I was surprised to see the color of this boot as it like lavender which is my favorite color.

These boots are fabulous. I got them to hike into Machu Picchu and used them on several strenuous hikes beforehand to make sure they fit well. They were a dream when I put them on and remain so after many long miles in them. I highly recommend them and only pray LLBean doesn't decide to "improve" them; LLBean does that with so many of their great products and then the product becomes substandard. Leave this one alone LLBean. It is fantastic as it is now!

These are the best. I wrote a review last year when I bought the brown pair, and came back this year to buy the gray/indigo color. The new gray/indigo is a little darker than it appears online which I liked. I wear a 9 normally in everyday shoes, but sized up to 9.5 in these, as I do with running shoes too. I like to have extra room for inserts. Great for hiking. Also great for watching outdoor sporting events when it's wet, freezing and muddy. (I'm looking at you, youth soccer all year round!). My feet stay warm, dry, and comfortable. Win-win-win.

This is my third pair! Every time a new colorI'm buying it I wear them almost Every Day even when it's not "suitable ". They are just that good for helping my stride and gait

Very comfortable for walking. Not too stiff but gives support. Waterproof too!

Very comfortable right out of the box. Walked through snow and ice in New York City without slipping. Ordered regular size 10 and fit perfectly. Very cute hiking boots. Would recommend.

These hikers are wonderfully supportive, flexible and comfortable. I wear them on my daily walks and around the house. Because I have arthritis in my arches and insteps, I am especially grateful for sturdy shoes that don't exacerbate the pain in my feet. It is nice to have warm, waterproof shoes to depend on in bad weather.

These boots are awesome! I took them out for the first time in the melting snow and my feet stayed warm and dry. They're lightweight and the support feels great on the trail. I love the colors, too. I usually wear a 10 1/2 and sized up to an 11, as recommended. The boots fit perfectly with a midweight sock.

I love them! Comfortable, and keep my feet warm in an apartment over the garages. Even in zero weather. Love the colors too! Really needed these as my sister and i are hiking on a lot of local rail trails.

but after twelve years, the bottom detached from the top and it was time. I tried these on in the store and then ordered them on line once I arrived in Arizona. I have been very pleased. They are lighter than my old ones and are very comfortable. I had no break-in period and can keep them on even after hiking. I highly recommend these hiking boots.

Bought these for my wife for Christmas, she absolutely loves them. She walks several miles a day with our dog, on trail and off. They are warm and have kept her feet dry in the snow. They look great, have excellent arch support and are super comfortable. I am considering buying the Mens version.

So far, so good! Worn only a few times thus far, walking the pup in snowy cold conditions and already my shin splints aren't happening and my back pain is improving! (Had been wearing my heavy boots for walking/sprinting/jogging with an 8 month old lab in the snowy, and that was not working out!). Also, these are light weight and surprisingly warm which is wonderful for our cold Maine winter mornings. Looking forward to trying on trials and hikes this spring! Side note: these are super cute with the teal laces!

My wife loved getting these boots as a Christmas gift and find them to be very functional and stylish.

These shoes are very comfortable and keep my feet nice and warm. It is hard for me to find shoes in my size of 11 let alone that are comfortable.

I haven't broken them in entirely but they seem great. I take a size 7 but ordered a 71/2 as suggested and they are a good fit. I am going to be hiking in wet cold weather so need the waterproof. I'm adding warm insoles for the cold weather

I have ruined so many pairs of sneakers walking the dog through wet grass and I hate getting my feet wet. These hiking boots were the answer to both of those problems. The fit is perfect, they are very comfortable, and my feet stay dry.

Very comfortable, did order 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size and fits perfectly. Also ordered some socks from LL Bean that are super comfy.

I have been wearing another brand for years and decided to try these. They are very comfortable, but I did put a gel insert in them which made them even better. Waiting to see how long they last - the other brand would last only about 6 months and then begin to fall apart. I wear these boots 6 days a week working at an animal sanctuary so they get a lot of wear. Fingers crossed!

Comfortable after breaking them in, and waterproof. Ordered a half size larger and they're a good fit.
