Very comfortable, look and feel great! Got compliments on these shoes from a man in my hiking club who said they look good - he especially liked the colors which unlike this picture have light blue soles and laces. I am really happy with these shoes and will buy them again. I have another pair that is blue and white which have held up well for several years. They give a springy feeling when you walk.

I bought this to hike to Machu Picchu in the rainy season, and boy did it deliver! Comfortable, durable and super stylish! 10/10.

I actually bought these on a whim, and I wore them for the first time today. After I got them on, I was a little bit concerned because my big toe on my right foot has severe arthritis and is always a bit swollen and sore. It was a little bit snug at first, however, when I got it laced up, it felt pretty good and no pain. As the day went on, I was more and more pleased with the boots. They seemed to learn all about my feet right off the bat. Both feet felt great. All I did was drive an hour and walk sidewalks for three hours, but they were really great and by the time I got home, they were easy off and happy feet. I KNOW if I hiked in them, I'd be pleased..they will only get better every time I use them. I'm really happy with my whim purchase. I don't hike like I used to, but I know I can depend on these very well built boots in the Western NC mountains no matter what I'm doing. A+! Thanks LL Bean!

Love them! Very comfy and they keep my feet warm and dry.

I bought these for hiking in Utah, and I wore them tromping around in NYC to make sure they'd be comfortable. They were perfect for both places and especially great for hiking in Arches National Park for three consecutive days. Great stability, traction, and comfort. And even somewhat attractive!

Loved these hiking boots right out of the box. I wore them while hiking in Acadia National Park and they did great. The 2nd trail I did was one of the hardest in the park and required rock climbing, wet and slippery trails and these boots helped me navigator well through any terrain I encountered. I will more than l likely be adding an insole for extra comfort. I usually wear a women's 8.5 and I purchased a women's 9 and it was perfect.

I have worn many different hiking boots over the years, but none have come close to the comfort, stability, and style of this boot. 5/5 would recommend!

Absolutely love these boots! I'm so glad I purchased them. They're lightweight and comfortable. My foot and ankle feel very secure in them on our hikes and they look great too! They were easy to break in and never caused any discomfort. Highly recommend!

I LOVE these boots! From the first wear, they were comfortable and gave great ankle support. After maybe 3-4 walks to break them in, I did two long hikes in national parks with no foot pain. I highly recommend these. I did end up ordering in a half-size up (I originally ordered in my usual 7, but needed a 7.5) -definitely worth the ordering up. Love them!

I have had two pairs of these; the first pair were great--still have them; the second pair had an issue with the sole peeling away at the toe; I sent a picture and the company went out of their way to make things right, sending me a new pair and were very competent and nice to deal with. Have the new boots, love them...very comfortable but supportive. Thank you LLbean. I have been a longtime customer and intend to continue being, as this company does business in the best way.

These are great boots so far. They fit true to size, I am normally an 8 and I ordered an 8 and I can fit thick socks comfortably. I also love that they are waterproof. Great for hiking.

I recently purchased these boots as I needed some hiking boots for an upcoming trip and some good shoes for general winter use. They have been great! I've hiked in snow and ice, worn on planes, used with snowshoes. I'll be curious to see how these work as hikers in warmer temps, but I'm hopeful. A great buy!

Love these boots, they fit like a glove. As others have said, there is no breaking in with these beauties. I've been on snow, ice, slush and everything in between this winter and haven't even felt a slip. This is the number one reason I bought them and I'm so glad I did.

I found them to be very comfy! I bought my normal size and they fit perfectly. I have 7 acres of wooded mountainous property and it made hiking around it much more comfortable that it had been before. I've walked the property in them a few times on wet days and my feet stayed dry. I've still only used them a few times so I can't say what would happen if my feet were actually immersed in water but they seem great so far. I love them and the color. They cleaned up well after walking in the mud too. Since then I've sprayed them with stain repellent just to ensure they last longer since I love them so much. I highly recommend!!

Very comfortable. Walked thru snow and mud, my feet remained dry and warm. They also helped me not slip.
