These boots are exceptional. They are very comfortable, give great support, and are absolute work horses. They took me on the Inca trail to Machu Picchu, the Camino in Spain, and over many rugged hikes in the states. Plus they are very attractive looking. Others have purchased these based on my recommendation.

These are so cute, comfortable and warm! I was surprised.

I came to love these boots! We hiked the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland and these boots were perfect. I did have to size up bc I have a wide foot, plus wearing thick socks.

I wore these to work twice before I took them on a trail, comfy out of the box! For reference on sizing, my brooks running shoes are 7.5, my old hiking boots are Merrells and they're an 8, I went with 7.5 in these boots, and they're perfect!

A very comfortable boot! Gives support where needed. This is actually my second pair bc the first was so enjoyable! Colors are good. If anything would change it would be the string color.

I am not the type of person who normally leaves reviews unless a product deserves it. I just returned to hiking after ankle surgery. Needed a boot that provided extra support and helped with pronation. This boot is supportive, lightweight, and incredibly comfortable. No break-in period necessary. It is a fantastic boot. Highly, highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Very comfortable, good supportive hiking shoe. Tie the strings up good because the loops can get caught on the opposite shoe when you walk ( I saw someone else write that in a review). These took no time to break in.

Comfortable boots, great for hiking in Utah. Not as rugged as other boots, but I love them anyways. Never a blister, co ft from tne first day of hiking.

Hiking boots fit well, kept my feet dry and comfortable first day out

I bought these shoes for a grouse hunting trip in Montana. I wore them around for about 2 months prior to my trip but I don't feel like they really needed breaking in. I hiked over 10 miles a day in mountainous terrain in MT and had zero blisters or pain at the end of the day! They kept my feet dry but were a bit warm with good socks. They will be really nice in the winter when I want my feet to be warm.

This shoe is built to last! Constructed of heavy leather and nylon it supports the foot and ankle very well. Pliant sole makes walking very comfortable. A great hiking shoe.

I ordered another pair of these boots because I noticed they are not offered (yet) for the fall. I am thinking LLB is discontinuing this hiking boot-but I hope not! This is their iconic hiking boot. It fits great, is supremely comfortable and lightweight. Please tell me these boots are not being discontinued!

I am very pleased with my hiking boots. They look nice but most importantly they were very comfortable. I didn't have adequate time to break them in but did a few shorter hikes before doing a long hike in the High Sierras, all the while they were comfortable.

Haven't worn yet, though I did try on. Fit to my normal size. Shipped quickly. Quality of boat seems in good quality. Looking forward to using.

After 3 wears I am very pleased with my new boots. Like many others I am breaking them in before lacing them tightly around my ankles...I expect to wear these more and more. The fit is good, my feet are remaining nice and dry, and the boots are very good looking. I first looked at these boots because I noticed they had thousands of recommendations, and that they've been for sale from Bean for years...extrodinary. Give 'em a try!
