Love these bootsGot them just in time for 21/2 weeks of snow and ice

These are just what I was looking for! Cute, warm and comfortable - great quality!

I'm still on the fence about whether to send these back. They're very attractive, and fit fairly well, but there are too many eyelets to fuss with regular laces, however pretty. If I keep them I'll have to buy round laces. The other problem is that I wear mostly sweatpants in the winter, with elastic at the bottoms, which are hard to fit inside the boot cuffs. This would not be a problem otherwise. I can put the cuffs outside the boots, but that kind of obviates the point of having tall boots! I think these Rangeley boots are a good product--just not sure they're right for me. Note: I'm not sure why women's shoes no longer come in 10 1/2. Surely other women fall between 10 and 11 besides me? I would have ordered 10 1/2 had it been available--a better fit with heavy socks.

Bought these 3 years ago, they've been my go-to boots for those cold, snowy days and have kept me nice and warm. My only complaint is that they're quite tight and hurt my feet after wearing them for long periods of time. I would still very much recommend them but not for people with wide feet.

I normally wear size 7B Bean Boots, so I ordered these boots in size 7B. I wore with standard thickness socks. Thick socks would make for a tighter fit in the foot area. The part of the boot from the ankle upwards is soft and fleecy. From the ankle area and downwards, the boots are insulated and firm. I would say that the insole is more firm than cushy. The boots seem like they will be durable for long walks with my dog. As I got the boots recently, and it is warm weather now, I won't know how warm or waterproof the boots will be until snowy or cold weather comes again.

As boots they are comfortable. They keep my feet warm and dry. Sizes do run large so you may want to order down a size. Boot width is also generous. These boots are almost too roomy.

These boots are cute and kind of sporty looking. The soles have good traction, better than the regular bean boots. They aren't as warm on the toes as I thought they would be, but they weren't listed in the warmest category, so that's on me. I wear a 91/2 -10 in tennis shoes, I got size 9 in these and there is plenty of room for thick socks.

Definetly perform well in ice, snow, sleet conditions. It was only 32 degrees when I wore them so cannot speak to how warm they will be when its in the 20's. I am reg 6.5 - no half sizes available, so purchased 7.0 which are a little big but fit well with running socks and 1 more heavier sock. Foot was moving around with 1 pair. I think they look nice with tights and snow jacket. My dog took off runnning in snow and I was able to run with her. They were not too stiff to move fast and run with her. The only thing I don't like is that they are NOT EASY ON/ EASY OFF. With 4-5 dog walks per day I wish they were easier to get on & off.

I found they were just a bit narrow at first when putting them on. The key is to open up the boot by loosening up the shoelaces. I have fairly narrow feet and found the fit fine.

I have not worn these as much as the Wellies I bought. I've only worn about 3x but they seem very warm. I was afraid I might slip on ice, but they worked great when I had to shovel my driveway from the Lake Effect snow. I did notice that my feet felt wet after shoveling and I wish the sherpa went up a little higher on the boot and because of that I'm giving this a 4.5 start rating. LLBean did call out that the Sherpa is not waterproof. I get that but making a suggestion for the design team to have the Sherpa closer to the top of the boot (like the Welllies - I never experience any dampness with them. I'm sure I will wear them again this Winter!

These boots are so cute. I love them but only wish they came in half sizes. 9 was too small, 10 is a little too large. I wear thick thick socks.

Deep and tall on the inside which is great if you have inserts or use them with super thick socks. But otherwise your foot might slide around

I used to practically live in original bean boots back in the 1980s. Kept feet comfy & dry in harsh winter weather. I am going to Norway & searching for warm boots that are comfortable to wear during long days exploring. Tried several options, but all had issues. Then I remembered my beloved Bean boots that kept my feet happy all those years ago & I got these to see if they will be as good. BINGO! These are great. They are true to size. They keep my feet warm. They are comfortable. Proving yet again that Bean boots are simply the best.

These boots are dry and warm. Fuzzy sides collect a bit of snow and dirt.

These boots are the most comfortable, warm pair of boots I own. Ok to be fair I put in a custom pair of orthotics. Without the orthotics the foot bed was very flat, and since I tend to pronate they were not supportive. Also to note, I do tend to have a narrower foot. I wear a narrow in my lowa hiking boots. However for me these boots were perfect as is. I normally wear a 8.5 but sized down per the guidance to an 8 with plenty of room for a thick sock. I think if you have a normal to wide foot you may have to size up for half sizes.

They are comfortable once I pull them on. I've taken to using a shoe horn to try and not damage the inside of the boot. I tkink they run a little small. I wear a size9 but think a 9.5 would have been better.

My wife loves the look of the boots and fit and sizing was perfect. Only thing she didn't like was that the inside bottoms were very hard and need some soft gel insoles to walk comfortably on long walks.

These are sturdy, well-made and attractive boots, but I wish the fleece parts were real shearling, for warmth and durability, especially at this price point. They are also a bit tough to get on. You have to really loosen the laces, all the way down, to ease your heel in. Once they are on, they are comfortable. If it weren't for these two aspects, this would be a 5-star review, but I'm keeping them, because I love how they look. I got the taupe/natural/olive green color combo.
