My local LLBean did not have these in stock, so I ordered on line. Wish I could have tried them on in store because when I received delivery and tried them on, I could not get my foot into the boot. The tongue of the boot is connected to the sided of the boot and does not have enough "give" to get my foot inside. I have a high instep. I'm so disappointed. It took UPS 10 days to deliver them and now I have to send them back. NOTE: I don't know about the length and width of the boot or if it is true to size. The review questions make you answer these questions when filling out the form.

I've had these less than 3 weeks and the soles are completely wet after every use! I put them on a boot dryer every night and by time I'm at work they're soaked.

These are adorable looking. However the footbed is thin, and the removable insole even thinner. They hurt the ball of my foot and my toes. I took out the insole they came with and inserted my custom orthotics. My feet still hurt! Sadly I will be sending them back.

These mightbwork for walking around town or runningberrand but I purchased them for working outside. Unfortunately they're very thin both in insulation and cushioning. I'll be returning them.

Very uncomfortable and not the quality of their regular bean boot. Extremely narrow but the length is true to size

I was sad to return these. I tried wearing them in the house for an hour, they were so hard and uncomfortable they hurt my feet.
