I received this boot in the navy-gray combination for Christmas. The fit is loose enough a sock can be worn comfortably.

Absolutely love my Storm Chasers! First time to buy shoes from LL Bean and the fit was perfect, extremely well made product, comfortable slip-on shoe and great for cold and wet weather wear. Highly recommend them!

I wanted an all weather, waterproof shoe for dog walking and just general use outside in the wet and sometimes snowy NE. These run just a little big, I ordered a 7 1/2 and usually wear between 7 and 7 1/2 but if I wear thick socks with them they are perfect. I can step right in them and go.

These slip on's are easy to put on & very comfortable. They are great to wear in the rain, snow or even just cold outside. They are my go to winter shoe.

I purchased a new pair of these to replace my ages old dilapidated pair. The ones on sale were pink moon Berry. And they were $20+ cheaper than any other color. Since I only wear these for kicking around, I ordered that color despite the fact that it appeared to be off white and bright pink. Not my style at all! But I figured they'd be dirty and no time and it would make no difference. The color is more of a purple e mob and definitely I like Gray. So probably not a color I would have selected had it not been so much cheaper, but much more preferable to bright pink I was expecting. They're comfortable. The opening is a bit small and takes a wiggle to get my foot inside, but that is due to the design of the shoe to form around your ankle. They actually seemed easier to put on than my old pair. And they have a loop to assist, which is an improvement.

I wrote a review on these earlier in the season but would like to update. These are the most comfortable, warm, slip on shoes. I've been wearing them every day this winter. I purchased a brown pair and a black pair. I can wear heavy socks with them because they are roomy just as I had hoped. Never wet in messy weather.

Although I have a narrower heal, I need a Medium width in current styles of shoes. This Slip-on is well made with a roomy, comfortable medium width fit to allow for an insulated insole and heavy sock to wear in cold temps. Easy on/off with pull tab on front and back. Sole works well on some icy/snow sufaces as well as packed snowy surface. High "boot" has great foot coverage for effective waterproofing in a few inches of water.

These were purchased as a Christmas gift for my sister. She loves them! She says they fit perfectly and keep her feet warm and dry!

Wore these on uneven ground and al about and really felt secure wearing them.Feet felt planted on the ground.

I have issues with my feet... I was not so sure about ordering them, but boy am I glad I did! They are the absolute best. I can wear my really heavy socks; they are like wearing my bedroom slippers! Very warm... just plain comfortable! I love these boots and I can honestly say I have NEVER ever had such a great pair of boots in my life... age 61! They are worth the money... I know they will last a lifetime!

These are great I have looked continuously for exactly these type of shoes. Slip on slip off perfect!

Love these. My last pair is probably 8 years old. This new pair runs bigger- longer. Normally wear 81/2 to 9 and needed a 8. Wide fit to ankle- which I like. Love these for wet , sloppy weather .

These are weather protected, slip-on shoes after the duck-boot famous design. I hate to wear my good dress work shoes in foul weather and sometimes get wet socks and feet. My feet complain about that and I had to tell them, "I'm so sorry dear feet but I haven't found a pair of shoes that can keep you dry in this weather!". They have now responded, "Well, it's about time. Thank you, LLBean for keeping us (feet) dry!". They're not bad looking and I can actually wear darker colors (like black and navy) with them even if they are primarily brown and green. I don't like to wear boots that much and I don't like cold feet either so this has been a nice purchase, i.e. advantages of the boots and a pair of shoes. You'd think they have a rather "cloggish" appearance, but once on my feet, I didn't think so. So, this is a win-win kind of shoe for me.

I finally replaced my 8-yr-old pair of these shoes which I walk two miles a day in with the dog, up and down hills. They are plantar fasciitis friendly to my feet and they are extrodinary craftsmanship. Really love them and bought my hubby a pair last year. He loves them too. Best shoes out there in my opinion and I hope to ALWAYS be able to get these shoes.

These shoes have met my expectations. I purchased a size 6.5 thinking they run small, but had to trade them in for a size 6. They keep my feet dry and warm.

Purchased these shoe because the said I could wear a medium weight sock, which is true. Normally I wear an 8.5 size but I had to send those back for an 8. They keep my feet warm and cozy.

I read the reviews and took the advise of others, this shoe runs half-size too large. I'm normally a 9 ordered an 8.5, fits great even with bulky socks.

Great shoe. Very comfortable. I normally wear a size 8 but it was too big so I returned for a 7 1/2.

This shoe has become my go to shoe this fall/winter. The Storm Chaser is very well made and extremely comfortable. My only advise is to get a 1/2 size smaller. I take a 9 and had to get an 8.5 with plenty of room for socks.

I bought these shoes for rainy days and early morning dog walking. They are perfect. I expected them to be loose and countered this by wearing heavy socks. These shoes are just great! I highly recommend.

Best investment in dog-walking shoes I ever made! My feet stay toasty and dry during those early morning strolls when the dew is thick on the ground. They are comfortable for light hiking, too. Highly recommend them.

These are awesome! They fit as expected, are comfortable and work great!

I needed something to go walk the dog, run to a neighbor's, or out to the car in wet winter weather that wasn't my running shoes. (I'm lazy and don't want to deal with laces or zippers!) These are great. I have tall feet, so they're a little snug vertically, but I think they'll stretch out a liiiiiitle bit. I got the magenta (really a true mauvine) ones, and they're exactly as pictured.
