True to size fit, easy to slip on and good for wet weather. This is my go-to shoe for walking my dog and going about in damp weather.

They are strong and comfortable but the top part needs some kind of protection as it is such a light color.

I find the fit with socks snug, but I like this because they stay on my feet without moving around. Important feature when walking in slippery, wet winter mud.

Just what I was looking for: dry feet when walking the do on wet mornings. Comfortable and easy on and off.

I normally wear a size 9 but after reading the reviews I ordered a 81/2. So glad I did they fit perfect even with heavy socks. Super comfortable very happy with my purchase.

These are great, comfortable walking shoes. Water-proof with no-skid soles are great when we are have a "bomb cyclone". Not good "boots' for puddles and deeper water, but they are great for wet streets, muddy hikes, and walking the dog in the park. They are a little big, roomy enough for a pair of thick socks.

I wore these shoes to a football game, where it rained the entire time. They were very comfortable with all the walking that I did and my feet stayed dry. I was thrilled to have dry feet and able to enjoy the game!

Very comfortable. No breaking in necessary. They are true to size. I wear a size 7, but ordered a 7.5 to account for socks. I had to send them back for a 7.

While I preferred the old tread style, these do what I need. They keep my feet dry and comfy when working in the yard.

A perfect boot to slip into for a walk to the barn! After slipping, falling and breaking a wrist while wearing well known rubber shoes (with holes) my daughter now wears the storm chaser. Much more support, well made and sturdy!! This is the third pair I have purchased. Love the quality of LL Bean!! (my daughter agrees)

We recently adopted a new puppy, and these have been great - for everything from morning walks with heavy dew to downpours, my feet stay dry. So comfortable!

Love these shoes! They are beautiful, rugged, durable, and most importantly comfortable. This is my second pair the first pair I had for something like 4 or 5 years and wore them out. Highly recommend

Solid slip on that keeps my feet dry and warm in cold, wet conditions. Unlike some, the opening is wide enough that they easily slip on. Weight is reasonable for the kind of boot...they aren't light but they also have reasonable support and cushioning.

Needing footwear for walking my new Lab mix rescue in the dew and in the rain, I had been searching the Internet. I have had for some years a pair of LL Bean women's gumshoes, but I found them difficult to get on and off and not very comfortable. Then I saw the Women's Storm Chaser Slip-ons. They looked like just what I was seeking. I went to my local Bean store to try them on for size. I chose a 7.5 so that I would have room to double up my socks for warmth in colder weather. I left the store with a pair in black. I love, love, love these Storm Chaser Slip-ons as they are easy to get on and to slip off. Their width (medium) allows me to double up my socks. I stay toasty warm and dry as I walk my new canine companion in the morning dew or in the rain.

I have an older version of this slip on Storm Chaser which have reviewed before. This Summer we have had one huge wildfire after another, many at the same time. When the Evacuation Orders and Warnings came to our Northern California valley, we started throwing things into our RV, wondering what was important, what might survive a fire, and what might not. Despite the fact that we are in a nearly year long drought with no rain in sight, I grabbed my Storm Chaser Slip Ons and the Storm Chaser Boots I bought for my husband. In the end we were not evacuated, but a couple weeks later drove the RV north to much wetter Bend Oregon, where we were glad to have our Storm Chaser gear with us. If we lived in Hurricane Country, the Storm Chasers would be a critical Evacuation Necessity!

I was looking for a slip on waterproof shoe to walk the dog. These are extremely comfy. Great arch support and slip on and off easily. Even without socks. They keep my feet dry.

I purchased these for last fall/winter season and I REALLY love them.so much so that when I was going out and truly needed something dressier, I looked longingly at my StormChasers and would really have preferred putting them onKept my feet warm & dry throughout a MI winter. In the spring, when I put them away, they seemed a little faded, but they were on me thru salt and snow, so I guess that would be expectedotherwise showed no wear..

Originally purchased a full size larger, and it was a full size too big. One size smaller was perfect, and also fit comfortably with socks. Have not had for very long, but very comfortable and easy to slip on, quickly.
