Great boot exactly what I wanted. I did size down from my normal size and they fit great with a thin athletic sock and enough room to be able to wear thicker sock when needed.

Excellent boot for any weather! Did a 5 mile hike in pouring rain and mud and my feet were dry!!! Can't believe I've waited so long to buy these.

Super comfy right from the first time you put them on. Would advise tightening the laces because loose laces over the tongue let it rub until it's broken in.

I've been wanting these Bean Boots for quite a while and I finally took the plunge. I'm so happy that I did. They are so comfy right out of the box. I went with the sizing suggested on the website and I am very happy with the fit. Love these boots!

These boots are wonderful! Can't believe I waited so long to purchase a pair. I did size down, I typically wear a 9 and ordered an 8. Even with a pair of thick socks, there is still room. Initially I thought this would result in blisters (unnecessary movement) but I haven't had one.

Great boots! These are warmer and have a softer leather then the classic bean boots. Feel broke in from the start but look brand new.

I wore these back in the 80s and they still don't disappoint! Comfy, warm, stylish.and the rumbled leather gives them that "broken in" and "lived in" feel.

I am 100% satisfied with my boots. I have wanted a pair for years and finally pulled the trigger! I am in love! The quality is amazing and the comfort and warmth are exactly what I was looking for. I ordered my normal size even though others warned to go down a size, and they fit perfect!!

I was really looking for a pair of waterproof shoes that were easy on and off for taking out the dogs in dewy grass/rain/snow. I tried the Chelsea-style bean boot but there was way too much heel slippage in the size that had the correct length and I didn't care for the style of the Moc Bean Boot (I almost rolled my ankle in these, also I was constantly readjusting the tongue). These are absolutely perfect when tied with the Eastland knot on the second highest lace hole. They aren't truly slip-on that way, but they are easily pull-on and I don't have to worry about tying them each time. I also love the leather piece that covers the seam where leather meets the rubber bottom so there is no rubbing on the back of my ankle. I normally wear a 9.5-10 in sneakers and a 10 in regular boots (Frye, Cole Haan, etc.), and the 9 is the correct size. I do think an 8.5 would have been an even better fit when wearing thin/normal socks, but unfortunately Bean Boots aren't offered in half sizes.

Duck boots being trendy right now, it was tempting to just get one of the cheaper knockoffs that you can find anywhere. I'm so glad I didn't, though. As soon as I put these on my feet, it was abundantly clear that these boots were in a category all their own. The buttery soft leather felt already broken in, and the fit was very obviously crafted, not just made. I have hiked several miles in them already, and kept them on for an entire day, without the slightest discomfort. I am also delighted to discover that they're not heavy or "clunky" at all. The heel gives a nice spring to your step that isn't often a feature found in waterproof boots. So happy with my purchase.

Really good boot. Typical LL Bean quality. I wore this boot for many years in my 30's and 40's. As I have gotten older my feet require a very wide toe box and few shoes or boots fit me. I am sad that this boot doesn't fit. I don't blame the boot. It's my foot that is causing the issue--of course, i don't blame my foot either.

Great shoe!! I had trouble fitting into an insulated design (too small with toes pinched or too large heel slipping) and ended up going with this un-insulated pair. Love them! Cute and functional! Wish there was some insulation because my feet got chilly the last time I wore but in all honestly I could have gone with a thicker sock. 10/10!

Nice quality durable wet weather shoe. Love the tumbled leather because they're already broke in. The flannel makes them a tad warmer. Added my own 3M warm thinsulate footbed because you didn't offer this boot with that. Makes for a perfect fall boot.
