I ordered these for my daughter. She is college in a mountain town with the potential for severe weather. She walks everywhere, up and down big hills, to class and work. They are comfortable enough to wear all day and keep her feet warm and dry. She is a 7 1/2 and wears heavy socks so I ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly. She wears them with the shearling insoles (sold separately).

These boots are very well constructed. They're stylish, warm and comfortable. I wear these in outdoor conditions like the barn, and on nature walks. But they can also be used for style in other low-key situations. The rubber bottom repels water, snow and dirt, and can be easily washed. The upper part of the boot is very soft and comfortable. You can also slip these on very easy if the laces are loose.

These boots are the best LL Bean boots I own, I have 3 different pairs. They are really soft,warm and comfortable, the tumbled leather is Awesome. I can wear them all day and not have sore feet or knees. I wear them for work and play. Well worth the money, you won't be disappointed.

I gave these boots to my wife as a gift and she loves them! She says they are very warm and comfortable. I got them in a size 8 like she normally wears but we had to exchange them for a size 7. Apparently the boots run a size larger than other boots.

Beautiful boot only way too large. I'm going to exchange them.

See it's true get a size smaller because i'm a 9 and i definitely was swimming in those the 8 fit better even with socks. Worth the buy

Worth the money, size down and get a wide. I'm an 8.5 normally bought a 7 wide and have enough room for my toes with a thin and thick sock. They keep your feet warm, comfortable, and stylish too. Definitely worth the money, you get what you pay for.

Bought these boots for my wife for Christmas. Was worried about sizing since she told me she wears a size 8. At recommendations of L.L. Bean, I ordered size 7. Wife says boots fits perfectly. Glad I followed recommendation. Great looking boot. Exactly what she wanted. Leather is extremely soft.

I normally do not write any reviews unless it's something really good or really bad. I have to say I absolutely love these bean boots. I have issues with my feet (heel spur) and the cushy heel helps so much to provide that extra support I need to be able to walk comfortably. I will recommend these boots. Bought my daughter a pair last January and she loves them. Decided it was time for me to get them too. Love them so far. Warm and comfortable. I normally wear an 8 1/2 and got a size 9 and fit well.

The boot fits perfectly and is so, so comfortable. Kept my feet nice and warm while working outside in the snow.

I love these boots. I'd wear them every day if they were work appropriate and not insulated...obviously a fall/winter boot (since I'm in the Midwest it doesn't get and stay very cold) but so comfortable. I wear them to run errands, walk the dog, play/work outside. I've worn them with a slightly thick sock and I normally wear a 9.5 and the 9 fits perfect. I now need the non insulated pair so I can wear them in the spring too. My favorite shoe.

I purchased these books for my wife as a Christmas gift. Even though she has other boots, none were apt for wearing outdoors in cold, snowy weather. These boots have a fleece lining for extra warmth, and are completely waterproof. My wife uses them every morning to walk the dogs, and she claims they're warm and comfortable but also skid resistant.

Bought these for my Wife as a Christmas gift. She likes them very much thus far. Has worn them around the house only, but looking forward to wearing them on longer treks in bad weather. She says they are very comfortable to her feet.
