I was hesitant of these at first with my wife feet but once I broke them in they've become my everyday go to shoe

My last pair of hokas were the anacapas. I loved them. These Kahas are even better. I'm a big guy and really hard on shoes. Wore the vibrant soles off of the anacapas. I'm hoping this pair will hold up more than 2 years. Very happy so far. Will definitely continue to buy Hoka.

Finally a better replacement for the Stinson ATR 6. This KAHA 2 has all the plush ride, leather attributes, and Gore-Tex needed to make any hike, mountain or desert, a great experience. You can't lose with this model. Buy it you'll be happy you did.

This is my second pair of Kaha! My first started to loose traction after nearly two hundred miles on hard pan and granite trails. Great shoe that fits well for my narrow foot with comfort and the right amount of cushion to provide easy passage over rough terrain. Glad there was a restock before my tread is gone!

At first, I wasn't sure when trying them on but felt like they would be good shoes so I bought them in black. I wore them once to work and felt pretty good and thought these were comfortable and would be great for short distances, more of a rugged footwear. I started to really like them. I wore them again and like them even more. I just wore them the other day for a 4 mile hike on paved walk, in the woods that had some ice, snow, and semi-frozen terrain. Definitely not smoot asphalt. They held up great, super comfortable for a trail hiking shoe, great combination of leather and gore tex.
I read a couple reviews that stated they would not stay on or came off the heel and perhaps that's true for the particular person, but from my experience that should not happen and it's possible they were not the right size or not laced up correctly. Use the extra eyelet and snug those puppies up and you have a secure, comfortable fit.
They are quickly becoming one of my favorite pair of Hoka's. I own the Mach 5 (2 pr), Challenger ATR6, Bondi 8, Speedgoat 5 (2 pr), Clifton 8 and these Kaha's. LOVE THEM! I am looking adding more to my collection.
If you looking at these, try them on using the type of socks you plan to wear, lace them up and cinch them snug. I also treat every pair with waterproof spray that is friendly for all materials.
Whatever shoe you chose, treat your feet right as they are important and you will be happy you did.
Happy Trails!

I work in an austere environment and move on my feet a lot. I usually wear Hoka shoes for their comfort and plush cushioning. This pair of Kaha Low shoes does everything I hope for: traction, secure footing, and comfort. I will definitely be getting these again!

Shoes are great, take a while to conform to your foot shape but need different laces as no mater what you do they will not stay tied

I work as a delivery driver and I am on my feet for about 12 hours a day. These shoes are extremely comfortable , my feet does not hurt at the end of the day when I wear them. They are not as plush or soft feeling as the original Kaha but they are still extremely comfortable.

The fit and security are the two things that jumped out at me. When you are older and have issues with your feet and ankles great footwear is a lifesaver and Hoka provides, thank you!

I love the water proof outer!
It's a little hard on the bottom when stepping!
And a little heavy!
But overall I really like them!

Shoe is durable yet light. Warm down to about 15 degrees with a wool sock. Very cushy for the long days at Christmas. Only complaint is sole lugs are wearing down more than id like but common with less expensive shoes as i am 220lbs.

2 pairs of walking shoes were purchased as Christmas gifts for two sons. One pair arrived a week later, and was given to one of my sons, who 'loved' the style , fit, and feel of the shoes. The other part of the order, a pair of Clifton's, have yet to surfacenow 5 weeks since the placement of the order. The company requested I call them in the next week (the week of Christmas) should they not be delivered.

I really like the shoe. This review would easily be five stars if the laces were of any appropriate material. Their is so little friction in the nylon that double knotting is a must which is a pain to adjust while hiking and a hassle in a shoe free home. The material would make for a great sled or fast skis

They good hiking shoes and waterproof. But they are the most uncomfortable pair of Hokas that I own. I have 6 pair of Bondi 8's and 1 pair of the new SkyWard X's and they are like walking on air.

I have worn Adidas almost exclusively because the width of their shoes fit me perfectly. I took a gamble on this one. I usually wear a size 8, but I would go up half a size with this Hoka and use an insert. This shoe feels like it squeezes my toes ever so slightly and is slightly loose around the ankle. The blue and orange looks really nice, and you'll get more than half an inch added to your height.
I bought these shoes for hiking. They're both good and bad. They have no arch support, but they feel solid. This shoe will last a while. The water resistance is very impressive as well. What I don't like is that the hard firm rubber on the sole will absolutely slip if given the chance. Use extra caution if using these on waterfall trails or boulder jumping around river banks else these shoes might outlive you.

Had hoped that the low Kaha would fit just like the mid height that works so well for me, but it was harder to tighten the laces to hold my heel in place. Perhaps the slightly smaller size 7.5 will work better, even though the size 8 in the mid height works well. Hope the 7.5 isn't too narrow!

They are great except that they pinch my right foot in front a bit because the leather folds over and bunches up a bit. Other than that they are great.

These are great in every way except that the top of the right shoe bends weird and pinches my toes a bit.
