My second time wearing this shoe to work, (I sit behind a desk all day) I noticed that the blue portion of the sole had started separating from the white part of the sole. With that being said I liked the comfort of the shoe but first impressions is everything to me. I'm so busy that I didn't have time to contact customer service to report the problem. I'm almost certain that I will probably pass on another purchase. That's the horror of purchasing online. A friend referred me to HOKA. She couldn't believe the flaw but apologized for the company. To me it's a pretty expensive shoe to see the sole coming apart with no actual running, just walking. Maybe this can be remedied. We'll see.

I had ordered mens 8 for the extra width but they ran smalll and the right foot was tighter then the left as it hurt my little toe. Hopefully the new ones will be good which I ordered 9.5 W

These shoes were very narrow. Unfortunately I had to return them.

My shoe size is 7.5 all the brands fit well. How ever HOLA is an exception. I can not even return them. Never buying them again . I would t recommend buying it online. Unless you are sure

Not as comfortable as I had hoped. I should have gotten a bigger size

Customer service was absolutely horrible. Shoes were two weeks too late for an event. Tongue was sewn incorrectly. Among other issues. I would not recommend going through the website for shoes.

I purchased the Bondi 8, size 11 wide which were fine. However I ordered the same size Gaviota 4 which were more like a size 10 regular at best. The box and shoe labels both showed them as a size 11 wide (no way not even close). Had to send them back and I was not reimbursed for the shipping fee.

Both soles felt like walking on river rocks or pine cones. Not even comfortable.

I work in a place wherever I'm on my feet 12 hour shifts. I wanted to give these a try since they were popular. WORSE MISTAKE the Hokas I got made my heels hurt more than ever and get me exhausted immediately. I'll stick to On Clouds way better

I recently purchased Hoka 4 and within a month the bottom piece of the sole starting to break away. This is my 3rd pair of Hoka shoes and was suprised at the poor quality. I called to have them replaced but was placed on hold for some time as Monica tried to do the right thing. Unfortunately she missed the mark and was attempting to upsell me the new Gaviota 5 since the Gaviota 4 were no longer available. Unbeknownst to me the warranty doesn't include out of stock product hence the upcharge for a defective product that I currently have. So disappointed that a returning customer wasnt taken care of and their warranty honored. Do the right thing is what I often tell my employees and the right thing to do would sending out a new pair discount the difference and make the customer happy. You have to thing long term instead of in the moment. I will receive a refund and move try On cloud this time around. Super bummed!

Uncomfortable and not good for wide foot

SZ is to small and uncomfortable

I have had the Bondi 7 and 8 and they felt great. I had no issues what's so ever. The Gaviota 's hurt my feet and knees.

Not what I expected. Not as comfortable as my brooks shoes.

I usually order 10.5 for all the previous Hoka's I have enjoyed for running, Clifton, Bondi, etc. No problems. Unfortunately I had ordered these on special and left in the box for few months and just recent tried on. Big Toe right to the end of shoe. Second, this is not a cushion show similar to the previous items mentioned.

The Gaviota 4 is quite narrow for me. I wore them for walking and I got blister on my one of my toes.

I really wanted to love this shoe but unfortunately way to narrow in the toe box which caused my two great toes to have blisters on the outer edges. How's was kind enough to accept my return but it was disappointing and painful experience. Luckily the Hoka One Bondi has a wider toe box and have been happy with that shoe.

These are not plush. I bought 2 pairs of the first generation of Gaviotas and they were amazing! Comfy out of the box. (hence 2 pairs) Gaviota 4 souls are too hard making the arch support somewhat non-existent. My feet & joints hurt after walking in these for 5 minutes. Back to the Bondi. Love Hoka shoes, currently all I buy due to plantar fasciitis and high arches but not these. Over the 30 days to return but still purchasing Bondi 8's.

Very weird, bought three shoes all 12D running, this one I couldn't even get my foot in, however, im wearing the Bondi X right now no issue. I'm returning them ASAP. Maybe stay with my ASICS GEL-KAYANO 29 for my runs. They have never not fit true

Sad bondi 7 is not made anymore

Hello, we recently purchased a brand new pair and the bottom of the shoe is already tearing on my husbands shoe. He's had them for less than 2 months. Worn very little.
