I bought these mittens to use while shoveling snow and walking my dog. They claim to be warm, but your fingers are freezing within 5 minutes. I tried putting a glove on and then adding the mitten, my fingers freeze after 10 minutes. What good are mittens if you can only use them in temperature above 50 degrees? Very very disgusted with them for the money paid.

I was so disappointed when I received these. The fur trim is not as nice as pictured but more importantly, on my pair it was sewn in very badly. There was fur sticking through the stitching in areas and a clean line in others and it all looked very messy and poorly made - like a sew-it-yourself project. I'm returning them but must note now that I look at the picture, it looks like the area where the fur meets the glove was photoshopped to hide the sloppy way probably all of these are made. I wish I noticed the obvious photoshopping earlier.

I had these for one week, and the stitching on them came loose. I'm quite disappointed. Had to return them. They are warm, and they fit as I expected them to fit, but they aren't durable.

I looked online for a long time to find warm mittens, and I thought these might be The Ones. But when they arrived, I couldn't even test out how warm they might be (although they seemed fairly thin), because there was a protruding seam running down the inside of them. The seams weren't symmetrical. The right-hand mitten's seam ran around the outside of my hand. But the left-hand mitten's seam hit squarely the length of my little finger, irritating it constantly. This is not a flat seam, but rather a 1/4 inch solid piece of felt-type lining that can't be ignored. I can't imagine why the mittens were constructed this way, rather than with the seams turned away from the hand, but I've already returned them. Unwearable. So sad!!!!

First, these mittens are hardly ultrawarm. They are perfectly OK mittens, but they don't keep my cold hands any warmer than any other gloves or mittens I have. And, I'm quite disappointed that the stitching on the outer layer is already falling apart. I've been wearing these gloves for two weeks, and already the threads are breaking and coming unraveled. I'd put up with their so-so warmness, but the breaking and unraveling thread is just unacceptable to me.

Too bad I cannot get my money back. The only thing going for the mittens is that it matches my coat. I recommend my coat to everyone that ask but NOT the mittens.

There is something wrong with the way the thumb is sewn. I first ordered the large in the dark rasberry to match the coat. The shades of the two do not match and they were too big. So exchanged for a black M - they seemed fine except the thumb felt short, it is just not made right. I returned them.

I am a woman with small hands and the smallest size was way too big. I had to return them.
