Comfortable shoes, true to size. Returned because the top of my toes are sensitive & the top of the shoe didn't come down far enough. Also, the back part of shoe seemed too high & rubbed.

These shoes have nice insole padding and are quite comfortable. However they are not as stylish as they appear online. As another reviewer on here stated, they are a little "old ladyish" in terms of style (agree) and my daughter said they look like pilgrim shoes because of the buckle. I don't think they look very nice with skirts/dresses, but look ok with pants (slacks of jeans). I decided to keep them because I'm tired of looking for comfy black flats for work. The leather is nice and the soles are nonslip which is always a positive.

This is cute shoe that works with both casual and dressy outfits. It does rub a bit across the top of my toes, but otherwise is comfortable. My heel is very narrow so there was a bit of slipping in the heel, but this could be fixed by wearing a sock liner or putting a heel grip in the back of the shoe. Overall a good choice.

These shoes in 8WW fits well across the front for my very wide feet and long toes, but I slip out of the heel like flip-flops. I always wear an 8 in everything, so I will try exchanging for a 7½. Also the buckle is kind of overly large, but if I can find a size that fits I will take it.

I ordered these to try, and they were a very cute and well-fitting shoe. However, I have plantar fasciitis, and the vamp was cut a bit too low which caused my foot to hurt every time I walked. I was sad to return these because they were well made, good cushioning, looked so cute, but for me I needed a bit more support.

The only reason I marked these down at all was that I had to return them. The back of the heel was about 1/2 inch too high and I know I would be blisters. The style was so cute and except for the heel they were amazingly comfortable. I even tried heel inserts, but it did not help. They are worth a try...maybe they will hit differently on your heel.

I have very wide feet and have purchased (and returned ) over 10 pairs of shoes. Finally, I found these. I ordered a 9 1/2 ww, but they were too long. I returned them for a 9 ww. I gave an overall score of 4 because they are now a little short. I guess I need a 9 3/4. I am very happy with this purchase.

I had been wanting flats, and had tried several before choosing these because they did have some support, and others seemed to have none. I mostly wear Dansko clogs and like that feeling, but chose these as more fashionable. They fit well and look great, though aren't as comfortable to wear, as the heel slips up and down.

Beautiful comfortable shoes. Size is not correct. It is slightly bigger. I love them and wear them every day.

These are so cute. I have moderately high arches and I cannot wear just any flats, but these were comfortable. I got size 9 and my heels slipped out, so I exchanged them for an 8½W. My heels slip ever so slightly, but they actually feel great and stay on without a problem. And, of course, I cannot praise Zappos highly enough for their customer service and exchange policy! Every company should model themselves after Zappos. We are talking perfection here!

Very disappointed that this shoe, same pattern except for the buckle as the cute and unavailable Sydnei Flat, is narrower than the Sydnei Flat. No more options and very disappointed.

This shoe runs very narrow, I don't know if it's because of the padding inside. They went back.

This shoe is cute and comfortable. It runs a bit large. It is a little more stylish than it looks online. However, I wish that manufacturers would make flats that are a little more high style.

Black flats can be dowdy looking, but they are a necessity for the amount of walking I need to do on the job. The buckle detail really helps the styling. They are soft enough inside that I haven't had to add any insert. The toe box is shallow and I wouldn't have room for an insert anyway. They felt comfortable right out of the box, but after a day of wearing I had blisters along my heels and I found the back lip of the shoe to be a bit too high and inflexible. I added a double-layer of cloth heel grips and my feet toughened up.

These shoes are really versatile and fairly comfortable, although I'm still breaking them in. They have good support and are as cute as can be.

This shoe felt a whole size larger so I'm exchanging it. The upper is a little longer so there's no toe cleavage (this isn't a "like" or "unlike," just an observation). I could've gone either way but it seems the flats I've tried with the shorter uppers (toe cleavage), rub against my smaller toes.

I love these shoes. I have a difficult time putting on any other shoes. They don't match every outfit of mine but I wish they did. This are one of the most comfy shoes I have ever worn. Right out of the box I was able to wear them all day without any issues (my feet are always sore, too!). Thank you to Trotters and Zappos. Oh, Trotters, how about more colors?

This shoe is very comfortable. That said it does somewhat lack in style, it is somewhat matronly but when paired with a cute pair of skinny jeans the over all look comes together nicely.

Super comfy shoe and not bad looking but 1/2 size too big. Like the buckle on the front and the padding in the shoe is heavenly. Not sure whether I liked the lizard skin look but that's my own preference...

These shoes are fairly comfortable. There is a lot of extra padding in the insole which I appreciate. They are not as flattering for wide feet as I would like, but I am keeping them anyway for the comfort. The soles are really flexible. The bottom of the shoes are a lighter black than the top and that looks odd, but I darkened them up with black shoe polish and they look better now.

First I ordered a 9W, which was too big, so I ordered an 8.5W. This shoe is very comfortable. I don't normally order wide, and normally wear a 9.

I tend to not rate a shoe '5' until I've worn it for several months...its wear-n-tear is much greater proof of its rating than 1 or 2. That said, this is (so far) a comfortable, flattering, dress flat -- one that has already drawn compliments. The toe box is a teensy tight but for someone with a narrow foot, it fits!

I am searching for a black flat that is stylish, comfortable and versatile and was hoping these would be it. They are very nice shoes and definitely comfortable. Great padding and enough support that I can certainly see myself walking quite a distance in them without issue. I didn't feel any pinching or rubbing when I tried them on and walked around the house. However, I'm sending them back because I'm not totally impressed with the overall look. While the buckle on top is on trend, the overall shape of the shoe is a little too "old ladyish" for my taste. I could definitely wear them to work with slacks or a skirt, but they wouldn't look right with my skinny jeans.

Cute, but didn’t fit. The length was good. These weren’t really narrow. They gapped when I flexed my feet.
