My foot is narrow with a high instep and arch. It is SO hard to find any shoes that fit, let alone cute ones. I ordered 7 pairs of black flats and these were the only ones that fit but they fit very well. The heel doesn’t slip (a frequent problem), the padding and arch support is very good and they look great. I’m so grateful to Zappos! I think I’d be barefoot if they weren’t so great.

For a wide shoe the toe box was not deep enough and the heel was huge! What these shoe manufacturers need to realize is that most women who buy wide shoes have narrower heel unless they are very overweight. My problem is small bunions and slight hammer toe. Very well made and cute but sadly had to return them!

This brand of dress shoe is one of the few that actually works for me. I need a very wide toe box, and these shoes work well. The only reason I gave it four stars overall is that I need to put a sticky pad in the back of the shoe, so my heel doesn't slip out. Otherwise, I am very happy with these shoes.

The fit is great. The 11ss is just right. I have returned so many 11 shoes. they are a cute style. Zappos is the best easy to buy and return.

I liked the style, the fit was tight for me. I also noticed that the material was “pinched” or “bunched up” on the inner arch area of the right shoe. I could feel this wrinkle under my foot. Definitely a manufacturer’s issue.

This is a favorite style of mine and I now have several pairs of these shoes. I wear orthodics and these are ideal for my foot - also are very feminine and versatile with pants or dresses. Fit is exactly and 8 and width is a M - well worth the price as very well made.

I usually wear 8 1/2 WW or 9 WW. I have a very high instep & arch & wide toe box. These actually fit me (8 1/2 WW) and are comfortable. This is the second time I’ve ordered them. Really like them. The leather is kind of thin and I beat up my first pair, but thankfully they are still available.

It took awhile to find a cute ballet flat to fit, but this Trotters for the bill!! Just enough wedge and support that it hasn’t caused my healed plantar fasciitis to return. Also, the soft material covers my bunion , so it hasn’t got worse. And since it’s a narrow, it actually stays on my foot!! I’ve had a Trotters similar to this in the past, and it worked for me for a few years. Thank heavens for Trotter!!

This was a cute, super soft, and comfortable shoe - no hard edges to dig or stray threads to poke. It did squeak a bit when I was walking. I wear an 11 narrow, and it was a true fit. Unfortunately, I have flat, low volume feet, so the shoe gaped when I walked and didn't fit snugly against my foot when at rest. An elasticized top-line would probably fix that problem, but these will have to go back.

These were very comfortable right from the start and the entire time I wore them the first day. True to sizing (at least for my foot, 7.5 W). I wear these with jeans and like the added flair with the buckle which is different from my usual plain slip-ons. Nice job, Trotters!

Cute shoe. Insole very cushy and comfortable. However, this shoe is very narrow. It was very tight and uncomfortable in the width on me. I had to return it.

These are very cute,I bought black and beige and felt lucky that they fit my wide, problematic feet. It breaks my heart to send them back due to heel slippage and heel pads won't stay put. I have tried several brands of pads with no luck.

The shoe rubbed against the top of my foot. There was also a small area at the buckle on a shoe which look like the leather was beginning to rubb off.

I wear an 11W normally, which is what I ordered. The length was right but the width was slightly narrow. The shoe cut across the top of my foot by my toes and was stiff, which is why they are going back. The shoe is attractive if it fits you right.

Heel is much too wide. I walk right out of the shoe. Nothing else matters if the shoe doesn't fit.

I have narrow heels and it hugs them without being too loose.

Had returned a shoe in another brand and tried Trotter. LOVE LOVE the shoe but it was still not quite wide enough and even though I dropped down a 1/2 size from the other shoes , Clarks, that I unfortunately had to return, it was still loose on the heel but tight on toes.

Super cute and narrow enough for my foot - but very uncomfortable. Top parts seemed to dig into my foot. Doubtful that I will keep these.

The shoe is way too wide

This is a solid pair of flats to wear all day at work. Decent support overall and stylish enough.

Fit was excellent, nice materials and a great super basic shoe.

I ordred 2 pair I kept the other pair

I have high arches and narrow heels (compared to my shoe width), so maybe the heels don't quite hug my foot, but the shoe is very comfortable and I like the style.
