Unfortunately I had to return the shoes. They fit perfect except for the toes. The shoes are narrow in width across the toe area and pinch.

Gapped

I liked this shoe but had to return because my heel slipped in it. I have a really standard foot, I thought about trying a size down but I’m pretty sure the toe box would have been too tight. I think this brand just won’t fit me well.

I really like this shoe and I have it in another color. The insole disintegrated. I had hoped they had changed the insole when I ordered this pair. They did not so I am returning them. I have a narrow foot and am always happy to find narrow shoes.

This is a very attractive shoe and seems nicely made. I purchased 4 different sizes trying to get the fit right but it didn’t work out, unfortunately. As others have said the heel of the shoe is way too wide and my foot slipped out when walking. Back to the drawing board

I ordered these shoes in another color and loved them so i purchased the black. Unfortunatel when they arrived they were much smaller than the pair i have. Very disappointing.

Fit was a little large

I liked the style, color, and interesting buckle accessory. Unfortunately, they don't work for me. The toe box was too tight for my big-toe arthritis and the sides of the shoes are so low, they barely covered the sides of my feet. That's not an attractive look on big, wide feet.

These are nice shoes and fit fine as well as giving great room for toes but seriously doesn't have any arch support. they are flat. I have flat feet and it gave no support.

The width was good but the heel on one shoe slips so much it causes a blister every time I wear them.

Returned because too narrow

I wear 7.5 narrow....I wear a very narrow heel...the heel was a tad big, but still wearable...cute shoe...comfortable thus far.

These are comfortable and I think they look pretty cute even on my size 10 D feet. I only wear them occasionally to church, and I was a little disappointed to see the finish on the leather has worn off of the toes from using kneeler and having my toes on the floor. For the price, I expect the leather to be a higher quality. I have the soft black leather ones with the silver 'buckle'

These are great shoes! Really cute and fit great - comfortable. But one of the shoes squeaks when you walk, so I'm having to return them.

I already own two pairs of Trotters Sizzle signature in black and pewter, and love how comfortable they are. I have been looking for a brown flat, and I was excited when I saw they offered the same shoe in the brown snake print pattern. Unfortunately, unlike my black and pewter versions, the upper is made out of a stiffer, synthetic material and not leather. Furthermore, the front of the shoe is cut slightly higher than my previous two pairs. After walking around the house for just a few minutes, I could feel the front of the shoe digging into the top of my foot in a very uncomfortable way. Since they are synthetics, they are unlikely to stretch out or soften up. Even though I thought they were very cute shoes, I need something comfortable that I can wear all day. Sadly, I will have to return them.

I love the bright spring-like color - aqua blue. The shoe is cute and stylish, but it just doesn’t work for me. My feet are too narrow, especially the heel and I just walk right out of them. Thanks, Zappos, for your generous return policy!

Ran a little too big - loose in the heel.

Not good. One foot was a good narrow heel fit but had gaps near the middle. The other foot was too big for my foot and the toe bed was too short for my toes. It also gapped in the middle and the narrow heal, probably because it was too large for my foot, slipped. I’m sending them back. They are cute and comfortable but cant walk in them.

The toe base is very tight to the point it is uncomfortable. They look nice but are not for people like me that need a wider toe area.My granddaughter thought they looked like they were made for older people. I thought she might like them.ha

Too tight in the toe bed. Not comfortable.

Comfortable at first but made my feet sweat and rubbed the back of my ankles raw the only time I wore them. I’m hoping I just need to break them in because I really like the style.

The foot bed felt very comfortable , but was too narrow through the toe box.

These shoes were fairly cute. However, I did not feel they were comfortable on my feet as the material was very stiff. They would have to be worn to break them in and I usually buy shoes that fit comfortable when I put them on.

Fit was a little off. The heel was a little loose. Just enough to give me a blister. The toe was a little tight and very stiff. I have been wanting a shoe this color though so I used a wood spoon to work the leather in the toe and manipulated the heel til it softened and wore socks. They are now pretty good and the navy snake is beautiful
