I think the 12 W fits more like a 12.5 or a 13. I wish the shoes came in an 11.5w because they are very nice looking.

Cute shoe but it not quite wide enough.

Really cute shoes and I wanted them to work. Out of my size so I read reviews and went 1/2 size up. Fell off the back of my heel. I have a large bunion and this shoe didn't hurt it. Hopefully, my size will be back in stock soon.

Width was a good fit but most importantly, they did not hurt my bunions!

I've always been successful with Trotters, but not this time. Super cute flat, but quite narrow. I bought these in a 7W, I wear a 6.5W. They were cutting in on the sides of the front of my feet. Heel was fine; but I found even the top was cutting into the top of my foot near my toes, and I have ZERO arch. Such a shame as these are really attractive. Ladies with a narrow foot - this shoe's for you!

I have this flat in 5 colors. I wear them to work with skinny pants. I have wide feet: wide to double wide size- and the double wide just fits. If a shoe is not wide enough, a neuroma in my foot acts up. That has not happened with these shoes. The buckle is ok, made of plastic, but you can’t tell from a distance. Good for an office job where you don’t walk more than one mile+ per day (according to my phone app that’s how far I walk around the office) , and need business attire. Padding is better than most flats, but of course could be better. Prefer the smooth leather, but Zappo’s ran out, and I bought online elsewhere.

I already have this style in black and found it very comfortable. When I saw it in the nude linen color, I bought it. It looks very pretty. The toe area on this shoe presses down a little on my toes. I wore it all day and found it mostly comfortable. Hopefully, the toe area will stretch a little.

Very cute and fit foot perfect. I normally buy a 9 1/2 wide but went with the WW since many of the shoes I've tried have been tight and they fit just right.

I have ordered Trotters brand before and they fit quite well. I ordered a black pair with a buckle decoration. They came in a plastic bag and the box that had the shoes in them had a note that the box they were in was damaged in transit and they used another one. The shoes had some small areas in the front and the back of the shoes that looked as if they had been worn. I am hoping I can use some shoe polish to cover them up as I would rather not send them back as the areas were not that big. I have not had issues before with Zappos. I would expect that the shoes would be inspected before shipping if these shoes were sent back before, though.

I really wanted to love this show. I have long and really wide feet. These were way too narrow! Really liked the style, just wish it fit!

Boy are these cute shoes. Great quality in the materials and well made. However, I take a C or W and they are just too narrow. Probably more of a C instead of a W.

These were cute shoes and I was hoping they would fit, but they were just too wide for my very narrow foot. I wear an 8.5 AAAA and these were just not narrow enough to keep me from walking out of them. I love the fact that I could return them easily and for free. My refund was processed SO fast. Thank you, Zappos!

I typically wear 9W or 8 1/2WW. I have a high instep, high arch and wide toe bed. I ordered a 9WW of this shoe. It is very comfortable, but since it is WW I think an 8 1/2WW might fit better. Will try again.

I liked these, but was unable to fit my foot into these. They are a bit conservative, but interesting. They appear very well made.

These are cute shoes! I wear a 9 slim but with socks I can keep these on. The blue color is a little garish but socks tone them down. They have a very comfortable footbed. Since I have been wearing them a lot they have stretched some and have started slipping on my heels a little. I mainly wear Munros - when the Munro last fits me it is perfect.

Adorable shoe. Bought 10.5 wide. Very generous in length and slipped at heels. Have to return Will try 1/2 size smaller. Hope they have in stock!

This shoe was not as comfortable as I thought it would be. I would return it if I had not worn it.

I ordered both a 7.5 and an 8. I kept the 7.5, they are slightly long even with heel pads. Zoe, for me the toebox is a little on the tight side. As other reviewer‘s have mentioned, the buckle seems to push down on my large toe which makes these slightly uncomfortable in the toe area. I am keeping these flights despite the above comments because they are beautiful flats and I believe that the leather will give a little and become very comfortable shoes. These definitely have more support than any other flat that I own.

I liked the shoe itself but it ran smaller than normal. I’m a 12WW (ugh!) so finding a cute shoe is always a challenge. The width on these was fine but the shoe ran too small.

My foot is actually narrower than a 4A, but the 4A width fits great! I was very surprised how great they fit! They are very comfortable.

I had hoped I’d like them better in person. I am just turned off by the buckle and shape of the toe. I just couldn’t see myself in them

The shoes fit and I am thrilled. It is not easy to find a 4A and to find one that is comfortable is even more exciting. The leather is soft, and the style is great. Definitely a happy customer.

These shoes felt a half size short in length. I could barely get my feet in so ended up returning them.

I just got these in the mail today. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes and these shoes fit me the best out of all 3. I am undecided if I should return them because the description said they are black but they actually look green. They are black with specks of gold covering g the entire shoe. Guess I didn't realize that from the picture. Need to wear them in the house to see how much I like them.
