I have purchased the Gel Kayano before and loved them, the new version isn't as comfortable. I feel like the cushion isn't as supportive.

I have worn only Asics for years. I am disappointed in this style. I feel like there is a lump in the arch of 1 shoe. Was supposed to be good for walking, but wearing it just to work has proven to be painful at the end of the day.

Looks great but the fit is still too tight across the top. I've seen reviews that the 28 is finally back to the original perfect version so may have to try one last time.

Runs shorter than my current Kayano 25's in the same size. Not very much support in the fore foot area.

Been a fan of the GT2000 for many years and decided not only to have a pair of them but also treat myself to Kayano 27's. I love them. They're light with great stability and cushioning. They also look great!!!!

The shoes have a curve tip up and hurts my big toe and little toe after a little while or using them. Can't wear them for long period of time

They felt very hard and solid, not comfortable at all.

I'm so disappointed in these shoes. They were expensive, and are falling apart after a month. The material around the top of the shoe (near my ankle) tore within a couple weeks and I don't feel there is good support because I developed a foot injury from walking. (Which I do all of the time.) It's so expensive for the quality it actually is.

I have found these trainers very narrow and therefore not as comfortable as previous Kayano trainers.

I bought these sneakers previously and they were fantastic - the "26". Now they hardly have any cushioning and so I am returning them. Disappointed.

Beutiful design but they are very narrow for my feet.

Seem a little better than the 26's as they were garbage we will see over time how they wear

Too wide around the toe area. I've been getting these shoes for years and I don't care for the 27. I prefer the style and fit of previous models.

The 27's are much wider in the toe box than the 26's and make my size 10 feet look really big! The previously purchased kayono's had a slimmer look to them possibly due to side and top detail. Sadly, the 27's are going back.

The shoe has nice features but simply did not fit. I own 3 pairs of version 26 of this shoe which fit perfectly and are very comfortable. The version 27 that I received was both too long and too wide in the heel. Either Asics has changed the fit, or a size 9 shoe was incorrectly marked as an 8.5. Unfortunately, I had to return the shoes.

Cheap looking runner not worth the money. Have bought ASICS for more years than I can remember. Fantastic brand.

Much larger than any running shoe of the same size. Doesnt hold shape- dents/ripples in the toe after week 1

I love these shoes and I've been running in them since 2009. However, this time around I am not happy with the fact that the left shoe does not feel the same as the right. My left big toe feels like there is a bump in the foot insert and I thought it would go away after I broke them in and it didn't. Wish I could return them for a new pair.

They feel like they were made for wider feet. I've wore kayanos for over a decade and these are not the best fit.

Not very comfortable to wear all day. My feet start to hurt very shortly after putting them on and after several hours my feet feel raw.

The sizing is not true, my current Asics are the same size as I ordered, but the shoes were too small to get my feet in. My feet have not grown!

The new design made my feet look very wide because of extra material on the sides. The heel cushion is very soft, making it extremely hard to get the back of the shoe on properly. I managed to find a pair of 25s, and sent the 27s back.
