I prefer the Gel-Kayano 26 it has more spring to it then the 27. Unfortunately it has been discontinued.

I bought these as I read they were good for Over pronation, which I need maximum support for. I went up half a size but I wish I went up a whole size , they are a small fit length wise. One of the laces pulled within 2 weeks, very poor quality . Since running with these my knee started to hurt . I decided to keep wearing to break them in , however I found my feet aching really bad after running in these. Very little ankle support which I was shocked at . Overall I am so disappointed, I was expecting a really supportive trainer but I can't say I've had that . I previously used Nike Zoom structure & I wish I had bought a new pair of them instead. I did yesterday run in the shoes again as I had a break from using them for a week & went back to my Nike's but within 15 minutes in my ASICS I could feel my knee getting sore. I was expecting huge things for this price tag :(

The shoes seem comfortable, if they fit! In my opinion this model runs too small (maybe one or 1& half size.

I've been running in Gel Kayanos for years and have loved the support they've provided until now. This model seems scaled back and shorter in the heel so that it very easily feels like it's slipping off. The previous models were "taller" in the heel and provided more heel support and felt a bit sturdier overall while still very light to run in. I bought these without trying them on assuming that I'd be pleased because I've had such good luck in the past. In fact, I'm on the website now hoping for the next model's release and decided to write a review. Hopefully the next design will revert back to more heel support.

They are comfortable but not for me as I have wide feet. These are best suited for Slim feet. walking causes bruising back of my foot and pain as it's too tight. A bigger size would not solve the problem.

I'm a faithful Kayano wearer for decades. This newest model has the shortest shoe laces! I can hardly tie them....thank goodness I don't double knot my shoes because it would be impossible. Fit is different than other years. Disappointed in the changes

Comfortable and light weight trainers for any excercise routine. I wore them for my online zumba seasion today and my feet felt supported. I love the silver haze colour which is incredibly versitile with all my gym gear. Looking forward to wearing them with casual wear too running errands and popping to the shops when things get back to normal. A great trainer for overpronation!

They rub on my little toe and have given me blisters. I like that they are a little more flexible than the 26's, but the toe issues is a problem.

I have worn asics my entire life. I have loved asics and been very loyal to the brand. Although, I am very frustrated with the past few pairs I've purchased. I bought this pair after 2 of the exact same shoes (another style) both had pieces come off the bottom of the shoe. I received these Kayano style and they are beautiful, but within a few runs the fabric is tearing a lot around the ankle, which has never happened to me in any other shoe. Also the shoes squeak terribly for some reason when I walk. I am actually considering another brand of shoes as I just feel the quality is diminishing.

Love the design of the pink and black however the shoes were very uncomfortable. I ended up having to return them. I have three other pairs of the Kayano 27 but these fit much differently. Also the shoe laces were much smaller than the others as well.

I love the color. I love the design. They were very stiff on my feet and too hard I needed more cushion.

Great shoe but was delivered to a random person I've never heard of and received zero notification. Poor service.

Not comfortable cuz they are Pinching my pinky toes

I returned it (it was too small) but no refunds yet.

Width of runner is very narrow and uncomfortable. I have picked the right size because length fits perfect. I wouldn't recommend this runner.

It's not the same as the Gel 26. It ran smaller and snug. I prefer the keyano Gel 26
