The slippers were very nice except, the first time they were worn, the stitching on the right slipper came undone. They were returned. I am still awaiting a refund.

Very nice well designed slipper. The downside is they are very narrow.

Just not as comfortable as I expected even after a "break in" period. I do not plan to return them but would not purchase these slippers again.

We previously purchased this slipper a few years back and needed a new pair. We ordered the same size and style but it was way too small. We have returned the item and waiting for the replacement, just a half size bigger. Thank you

I have worn this slipper for about ten years and always found them a little tight. They are well constructed and last for years. They really do not break in much or stretch. The pair I just received are going back because they are much too narrow. My normal shoe is a medium width.

LL Bean slippers are nice and they last. I ordered this latest pair for my son (got size from the pair that he has finally worn out) , and they are just too narrow. I now need to order 1 size larger, since they don't have half sizes.

Good quality slippers, but overpriced. Ordered bigger size, since they were only available in medium width. Comfortable and warm.

My son loves these shoes. However the inside lining wears out wayyyy before the outside. Could there be a more lasting fabric to line these?

Design issues: 1) Very narrow - less than what should be a D width. 2) Top left toe piece same shape as right foot so almost looks like two right shoes. If these things might bother you, avoid the item. I'm hoping the width stretches a bit and I try not to look at them. I bought them anyway because previous slippers like this have been very durable in full-time, active daily use in the house and in the basement workshop.

I had three pairs of these slippers and they were all great for one year. Then the stitching on the front of the slipper failed separating the sole from the upper. Quite disappointing. Love them otherwise but would not buy again. Wish they would last longer. Bummer.

They run a little small and narrow. Ordered my size 12 didn't fit so exchanged for 13 length was good but too narrow.

Returning. Had several of this ll bean model in the past… very comfortable. On this pair the left one is perfect… the right ,however, has something wrong with right heel that caused a blister after wearing 2-3 times. Thank goodness got the Zappos return policy.

They fit very tight. And they will require significant break in before the are as comfortable as my Minnetonka Moccasins are

Sizing not realistic. I wear a 10 shoe and could not get a 20 slipper on. Had to go to an 11 and even that would not easily allow me to wear a sock. Width is also very narrow for a D. Great materials but sizing way off.

I have purchased numerous pairs of these flannel lined slippers. I still love them. However, the flannel lining wears out so much faster than the rest of the slipper. It's happened to every pair I bought. I just bought another pair, even with the expectation of premature wear in the slipper. The soles always had plenty of wear left. I will continue to buy them, but I hope some QC can be enabled on these.

The ones I chose were not the kind I normally get which are softer. It is difficult to know for sure which ones to buy because LLbeans description is not good. They have so many kinds. I wanted flannel lined with the soft leather outside and these are a hard leather.

The men's hand sewn slippers, flannel-lined are basically good slippers, but they should come in various widths. L. L. Bean only supply medium width. I need 4X width. Also, the heel is a bit loose. Sadly, there are so many foot sizes that it could be very difficult to find something to fit everyone. On the whole, these slippers are rather nice to have. The first pair I purchased lasted over 20 years. Yes, that's true!

I wear a size 11.5 shoe and ordered the size 12 slipper. I was hoping to wear them with socks. They are way too tight even with bare feet. With the flannel lining they cannot be any bigger that a size 10.

Good materials and construction, Too much insulation for too warm feet, Leather ties don't stay tied and are too thick to tie the fancy knot LL Bean suggests.

I've had several pair of these through the years. The ones I just received run small. They use to have a leather sole which I loved. Now it's some sort of plastic. I'm guessing that has something to do with the sizing. The leather sole was way more comfortable and quiet. The have a tag on the inside, right in the area of the arch of the foot. First thing I did was cut that out of the way. It was very uncomfortable.
