The slippers are very narrow and run small. There is not a wide available???

Really want to like these slippers; look good, well made. However, sizing is off. I wear an 11.5 but bought the 12 since they only come in full sizes. Very tight in the toes to the point of being very uncomfortable and putting my feet to sleep. Would return except I have already worn them.

Bought these for my husband for Christmas. He prefers no lining as his feet get too hot. Length was good but they were very narrow. We will be sending them back and ordering something else.

YOU PEOPLE NEED TO OFFER SLIPPERS IN WIDE SIZES...NOT THAT HAPPY WITH THE FIT!!!!!

I bought this slipper in November, and it was too big in the heel. Slipped up and down on my foot. I took the pair of slippers to a Shoe Shop in town and they tried to get them to fit. They still go up and down on my foot. I have bought three other pairs of this same slipper over the years, and they fit perfectly. Can I return these and get a refund?

Ordered these for my husband who wears a size 14. He's had multiple pairs of this slipper, and the size 14 fit perfectly. Not this time--they were too short, and not comfortable at all. The workmanship is well done, however, and they look good. Sadly, they will be going back.

I have purchased 2 pairs of these slippers in the past. These slippers are well made and I love them. The pairs that I have bought in the past were wool lined. They are now only offered in flannel lining which get holes in the lining after some wear. Why are these slippers not offered with wool lining any longer?

Have always loved these slippers but but now running smaller and more narrow. Had to order one size up for a comfortable fit. Lining is definitively a step down from previous short shearling linings which lasted FOREVER!

The size of this slipper seems to be smaller than previous slippers I have purchase. The slippers that were sent to me were too small (width) to get my foot into the slipper, even though the labeled size was correct. I went to an LL Bean store and exchanged this pair for another pair of slippers of the same size and I could get them on my foot, but they still seem tighter than the previous slippers I had purchased. I like these slippers because they are durable and have served me well in the past.

Love the concept and the slippers, but as others have mentioned, the flannel lining does not hold up. Started tearing only after a few months.

The workmanship cannot be beat. It is a wonderful slipper that I could recommend to anyone. Unfortunately, that is not me. I have other leather Bean shoes that fit my 10.5W feet just fine. However, the suggested size 11 slippers for my 10.5W feet won't work. They are two inches too long and I have struggled to break them in width wise. My feet end up hurting soo's I don't wear them. If you can find them in your size, they are worth the money. You're taking a chance if you think you can break-in a different size.

They did not work out for my husband. They felt more slender in the toe box area, less room for his toes. Also being just leather there was not the give of the softer buck hyde slippers. They were returned to LL bean for credit.

I sent original order back to exchange for a different size several weeks ago and haven't heard anything from you yet. Please let me know something ASAP!

They were way too narrow! Not like the pairI had a few years back.

They seem a bit tight. Do you have any advice about breaking them in?

This is the second pair of the same slippers I have purchased. I really like the first pair but this pair seems to be miss sized smaller than the size 11 that I ordered. It's more like a size 10. Now I have to purchase a shoe stretcher in order to use this pair of slippers.

Quality made , but even after ordering 1 size larger they are still too snug.

Nicely made however they run narrow, so wearing socks is to tight.

Disappointed as I have purchased these slippers for years and loved them. Ordered the same size as always and they are too small/tight. I think you succumbed to saving a little money by using less material. I tried a shoe-stretcher Snd it wasn't effective. I went to an LL Bran store, tried on and purchased a size larger. Now I need to find someone to wear pair #1 this is not the LLBean excellent product and quality we are accustomed to buying. Disappointed.

The construction is excellent, and they would be perfectly comfortable if they were a bit wider across the ball of *my* foot, squeezing a bit at the base of my big toe. The sole is excellent, grippy and flexible. Sadly, the flannel lining is getting tattered in just two years of mostly winter, in-house wear. I had hoped it would last longer, and may opt for the (more expensive) leather-lined version next time.

Replacing worn out old pair I loved but the fit is off. Super narrow in the toe and sloppy in the heel. There was no way these were going to loosen up enough in the forefoot. Too bad. Have since transitioned to the All Week Slipper Moc, which I can't say enough good things about!

My husband really loved these slippers but they were too narrow and; unfortunately, half sizes aren't offered. We had to return them. He has a very average sized foot - I think this is a design issue based on other reviews.

Slippers look nice but are of poor quality on the interior. The interior started fraying after a month and I had to return them. Save your money.
