Very comfortable. Definitely good in the rain and snow. However not breathable at all. DO NOT wear for more than a few hours because your feet will be soaked in sweat and you will get athletes foot.

This is my 2nd pair of MTE's Bring back the loops on the tongue to keep it in place. Bring back the speed laces that you had 2 years ago.

Shoes were too tight on the toes. I knew instantly when I put them on. I don't know why they were so different from their regular ultrarange exo shoes. Vans are usually known for their roomy toe box. The shoe design and color were cool just unfortunate that they were a tight squeeze. And my feet are already narrow!

Very comfortable but it would have been nice if they would've cleaned all the pet hair out of them. Looks like someone bought them before I did.

I love these shoes so much, and want to wear them so bad, but they are so Freaking Narrow! I bought these in Brown and the 2s in Green and those are Even Worse! They are narrow to the point that they are a little difficult to get on. I even went up half a size. A full size and I would be wearing clown shoes. Dear God Why won't Vans make shoes in wide?!

Not a boot to wear all day. A week in and they aren't even mildly broken in. And we're talking about 12-16hr days. Two stars for feel, 5 for aesthetics

These have been some of my most favorite shoes. The only negative and the reason for 2 stars is the soles are coming off after only a year.

The last two pairs of Vans I have purchased have been way too narrow. It feels like my foot is falling over the sides of the soles. One pair was to replace the exact same shoe style I had, but it just did not fit the same. I'm disappointed because the newer insoles have been extremely comfortable. I ended up giving them away to a friend who happens to have narrow feet.

I really wanted to like these shoes because they same high quality. Unfortunately they're kind of narrow, and my foot hangs over the sides of the shoe. Also the toe box leads to a point which could cause blisters. Would love to see a wide version of this shoe though!

I bought this shoe for work, expecting it to fit similar to my other mte's. For some reason these are the most narrow shoes (near the toe) that I have ever worn in my life. Would not recommend. I went a size up and they were still too narrow.

Super narrow, even after buying a size up. Laces aren't long enough to tie properly. Hurt my toes and ankle.

Really loved these shoes but the stitching came apart within 1 week of wearing. Returning

I bought these boots in size 9 which is the size I wear in Vans. They were huge. So I ordered an 8.5 which were too small. I'm so disappointed. Now I will spend my Michigan winter with cold feet.

Wanted to love these, but they were just too bulky and youth-inspired. Small fit as well.

I love vans, these boots were really cute and stylish but not worth it. They are somewhat comfortable but the toe box is really narrow- not good for hiking. Overall not good for hiking AT ALL. Took them on a trail for the first time and they fell apart, had to use shoe goo. They are waterproof, so they are ok as work boots or for snow. Even for light hiking/work, you could easily find a cheaper pair with the same quality. Just wouldn't recommend at all.

They didn't punch a hole into the shoe for the show lace to be fully lace properly. So manufacture error. Also didn't fit as well as in store . This brand really needs to make wide sizes

They're way out of size. I usually have a size 10.5 and returned them twice now to a size 12, and still they're too narrow.Pleas keep in in dif you manufacture in China that sizing si off

I wish they made ultrarange shoes that weren't so padded like they used too, and with they still had the hook style laces at top, the padding is so thick it's sort of uncomfortable. Not a huge fan of these.

I got these hoping they would be good for working a 12 hour shift. Durable and comfortable. They're durable but they pinch my toes and they're so tight at the tip. I have blisters on my toes. They definitely run smalland tight. I'm super bummed.

I returned these-- they look nice in the listing, but once I had them on, I noticed they looked really cheap and ugly. Super narrow toe box, really uncomfortable. I could tolerate ugly OR uncomfortable, but not both lol

I used this product for street wear on patrol as a police officer. After less than 6 months of 40 hours a week of wear (owned for about 11 months, didn't wear during winter because I have other boots for that), I had a staple break through the left boot insole and puncture my foot. I contacted Vans customer care, and all they did was try to get me to buy another pair with a discount code. Spend your money on a more worthwhile company like Solomon or even Reebok if you want to have durable boots AND good customer service.
