Zippers are terrible. You can never zip up the jacket on the first time. The hood attachment is also worthless as there's holes on the side so you still get wind getting in the hood from the back.

The faux fur was brown NOT GRAY as pictured on the website..RETURNING as they could not guarantee a replacement would be as pictured .

I own a McMurdo Parka as in the video an immediately purchased this Jacket as a pleased customer. Upon arrival I immediately was disappointed to find it was a different version. This version..no removable hood,inner draw strings etc. Not the version I own or in the video. Be careful when choosing.

Not a warm jacket! The 2018 model was better. Wear layers and a leather underneath. It can't stand up to Northeastern winters. Will not buy again. Really sad as this used to be a good jacket.

The jacket is very warm. And very comfortable. Nice hood design. But now the front zipper is broken. It is now useless to me. North Face says expect 2 to 3 weeks just for a response regarding their warranty, let alone replacing it. Thanks a lot! I'm freezing with a broken jacket. I bought it for cold weather. Not to get a new one just in time for spring time. I will never by from North Face again.

Don't purchase online for a gift for anyone. If you purchased on sale and it doesn't fit they don't offer exchange. You have to return it then pay full price. I am just returning & taking biz elsewhere

I bought this Jacket in December 2021. The zipper broke 1 and 1/2 years later and the only option now is to pay (out of my own pocket) to ship the jacket back to NorthFace, hope they agree it's under warranty, and then wait several weeks to get it back if they agree to fix it. A jacket at this price point should be better made.

disappointed in northface Don't plan to wash you will need to Toss it away after, velcro completely ripped fleece off the jacket looks terrible! Waste of money

the style is very good but why does it produce the mismatched absurd colors, and we don't have the colors and sizes we want, it's miltary green,

Best jacket I've ever owned 10/10. Unfortunately mine was stolen, and I'd love nothing more than to buy a new one but the 2023 colors are a crime against my retinas. Bring back the army green please.

Lack of bottom draw cord, arguably to save 50 cents and give a bonus to some executive causes this otherwise great jacket to earn an F grade. The jacket itself to my mind is the best thing currently available, better than any Canada Goose, Moncler, Mountain Hardware, Rab, Arc'teryx, or the what have you, destroyed and rendered useless by the lack of the bottom draw cord. I've tried with mountain tailors to fix, but does not work. There was a bolo out the major law and accounting firms warning about this. But silly me did not listen. If it had the cord, it would be the best available. As it stands, it;s the worst, IMHO.

These jackets are good quality but the length of the arm is either too short or too long and the size of the torso is the same so if u are slim with long arms stay away from this brand

The collar is horrible. When zipped up it stabs me under the chin. Had to return. North Face is capable of doing better

Really really dissapointed. Feather keep coming out. Dont know what to do. If you wear darker clothes you will see many feathers on your shirt!!!!

Jacket fits way too big, came with multiple problems, threading was a mess in multiple spots. The over jacket itself isn't bad, just wish I had a better experience, if my jacket came in 10/10 condition I would have no complaints, and the customer service wasn't the best, stopped replying to me.. you'd think for such a big company the customer service would be great. I recommend the jacket, just order one size smaller than usual. Also you probably will get luckier than I was and not get a defective jacket. Don't even wear it should have returned it, wore it once. Will no longer be giving my business.

It has poor poor inner fabric the feathers come throughout the fabric all my clothes have feathers on it, I went to the store for a refund nd since I bought it in October but not used until the cold weather in Minneapolis the manager mentioned that he can only send it for repair but it will take 6 weeks. I will never buy NorthFace again.

I use it to keep me warm.
