I wear this coat everywhere. To work and even to church. I only wish the hood was not snapped on/off, but zipped on/off.

I brought this coat for winter use. It fits well but the hood seems to detach from the coat

This is a nice coat...seemed well made and warm. Just not the right fit for me. Smaller in the chest and waist and extra roomy in the hips, this jacket is the opposite of me, so not a good fit. If you are built smaller on top with a petite waist and big hips. this is probably the coat for you.

Overall a great jacket. However had an issue where the snaps on the hood would not keep the hood attached to the jacket. Besides that, the jacket will keep you warm while not being too heavy.

Simply holding the coat by the hood results in it detaching, it's such a simple thing but its a huge pain, really disappointed in the lack of quality, Ive never encountered this issue with other coats

Love that this coat is very warm on freezing cold mornings on the east coast. I walk to work before the sun rises and wear this coat. Love the little bit of form the sinch in the middle gives to give it a little form. What would give this coat five stars for me is if the buttons for the hood were more sturdy the hood falls off way too easily. I also would like some buttons instead of just a front zipper.

It is very nice coat. The only thing is that the hood detach easily and you need to fix it quite often.

I purchased this jacket a couple of years ago and I wanted a different color. Unfortunately, I'm returning because it doesn't seem as quality as my other 550 fill and I didn't love it. Nice range of colors.

It was a good purchase, the quality was high and comfortable. It's warm and worth the investment

The hood unsnaps entirely too easily

It's fairly warm for how lightweight it is

First, just be aware that it is a bit fitted with a cinched waist. And, the color is beautiful. Otherwise, those who know about North Face puffer coats will not be surprised by this one. It is everything I expected, except for two slightly annoying details. One is that the snaps that hold the hood on to the coat are not strong. I am accustomed to grabbing my coat by the hood and the hood just pulls right off. The other problem I have with the coat is about the inside pocket. Not only will a phone not fit into it, my hand won't even fit. It is simply not useful to me and I am not sure why they would make this change. My previous coats had much larger inner pockets where I could keep some tissues, paper money, earbuds. I don't think I have a use for this tiny pocket at all. Interesting note I want to share: I recently learned how to get the deep ground-in dirt out of these coats. I mixed hydrogen peroxide with an equal ammount of baking soda and then added some Shout. I scrubbed each dirty place with a cleaning brush. The first time took out all of it that I could originally see. (My coat was navy) I repeated it and the coat looks brand new!

I love the fit and color except the hood does not stay snapped on. Whenever I try to pull it over my head it unsnaps which is frustrating when its freezing out.

I just moved to Milwaukee, WI and knew I needed a heavy coat for the winter. This coat is amazing at keeping me warm and dry! It is true to size and really cute! The only downfall is the hood. The hood is attached to the coat by buttons. You pull the coat the wrong way and the hood comes unbuttoned. It is really annoying. This coat would be perfect is the hood was attached by a zipper

Overall a good coat. It is pretty fitted so if you plan on wearing heavy/baggy clothes under it you might want to size up. My biggest complaint is that the hood un-snaps so easily. I'm constantly having to snap it back on in places. I was also hoping it was going to be a little bit warmer. I haven't spent a lot of time outside in it yet but it's been in the single digits in the mornings and it's been ok just going from the house to the car.

I love this jacket and it is very warm and cozy. However, the buttons/snaps on the hood come unbuttoned all the time. I have almost lost the hood twice now because it will come off and be laying on the floor. The hood is awesome when needed so I don't want to just leave it off all the time, but wish it would stay on.

I loved my jacket for the short time I had it. I unfortunately had to return it because the clasps were defective and the hood kept falling off. I had to get a new coat and a different style since the same one wasn't in stock.

The coat is phenomenal! Warm!! Nice shape to it. I gave it 4 stars simply because of the snap hood. Ridiculous; comes apart even hanging it up on a hook. Has to be a better attachment.

Love the look and feel of the jacket. It is warm and the length and fit is perfect. My only complaint is the hood is held on by buttons that detach from the jacket too easy, so when I take my jacket off the coat rack the hood detaches and I have to put it back on.

Love the parka, hate the hood. It snaps off way too easily, to the point that you can't hang it by the hood or it will all nap off and fall. The parka itself looks lovely with the tapered waist.

Wear it every day

I love the warmth and fit of this jacket! The shelter from the rain and snow the hood provides is amazing. However, the hood unbuttons from the jacket so easily! It is very annoying. Everytime I try and put the hood on, I hear 1-3 buttons unsnap.

I love this jacket. It kept me warm in the mountains of Colorado. The only downside is that the hood snaps off easily.

I live in Vancouver and always outdoors so was looking for a warm waterproof coat. I love this coat but it has one major flaw, the snaps on the hood are so flimsy it always falls off. This is the 2 nd one I ordered. The first was white and real wow factor when I put it on but I thought it's covered in ink marks. It was not ink, it was blue threads in the down that showed through the jacket fabric. Sadly I returned it and loved the grey. I have worn it a few times, very warm! Love it but the hood does not stay on! Any small moved! Swing a scarf around our through purse straps and it is hanging on, I am so afraid I will loose the hood
