I really love it It's so warm and fits perfect

Great for the mountains where we live. Very comfy, warm, lightweight. I love the color! Most attractive fit of any parka I've owned in 50+ years. I highly recommend.

This jacket is very warm and I love the cinched waist it gives me more shape when bundled up!

I shopped around a lot for a new winter jacket. This one checked ALL the boxes but my favorite thing about it is the slight cinch in the waist that gives it a more fitted look. I wish you could control the amount of waist cinch somehow. The length is perfect, I LOVE the two-way zipper and the generous sized pockets. This jacket is plenty warm for our frigid Wisconsin winters!

The coat is beautiful but the hood will not stay on!! When I put it over my head the whole thing comes off. I had no option but to take the hood off the coat permanently. The coat zipper has starting giving me problems too. Also it is loosing A LOT of feathers!! Definitely not worth the price, buy something else.

It is a beautiful coat, beautiful colors and good fabric, Everything is nice and great until you put the hood on your head. When my coat arrived at home, I tried it to look at myself in the mirror and I was enjoying it but when I put the hood over my head, it already came off and I was starting to regret my purchase because, as a Canadian from Quebec with cold and wind in winter, I realized that I might be condemned to wear a scarf to make sure it stay in place and that my neck/face stay warm. If it was a zipper instead of buttons to connect the hood with the coat, it would had been wonderful.

Super warm absolutely love it

The coat is just so warm!! It came just in time as we live in Buffalo,NY where we just had 77 inches of snow in 2 days!!!!!! I originally ordered the small as it is myusual size, however it was too snug across shoulders and waist. The medium fits great. I am 5'7 and weigh 120 pounds if that helps for sizing. Quality is great w excellent zipper /construction. I would repurchase more North Face!!

This coat is impressive. I am very picky with coats and I have zero regret purchasing. I am 5'8" and 145lbs. The medium is perfect. It keeps me warm in upstate NY winter. And it's not too bulky at all. The bottom of the zipper comes up and down easily to sit while driving comfortable. My only complaint, and wish so badly this didn't happen but the hood is constantly coming unsnapped. I'm scared it's going to fall off and I'll lose it eventually. Such a shame for this almost perfect coat.

It seems pretty fantastic. It fit my girlfriend nicely, and it she says it provides plenty of warmth. We got it to replace her old North Face coat that she had been wearing for many years. Well done, guys.

Love this brand

When I bought this coat, I was concerned it wouldn't be warm because it is so light weight, but it is surprisingly very warm! It's not clunky like a lot of down coats. Sea foam color is super gorgeous, I get a lot of compliments. Only issue is that you can't pull on the hood too hard, otherwise it will snap right off. If you're careful, it's fine.

I wear it to work on midwest cold days. I like that it doesn't look too bulky but it's not warms as I hope it would be.

I love wearing this when its super cold out but whenever I reach to put my hood on, it snaps right off into my hand! I always need to take the coat off and snap the hood back on.

Fits nice. Pretty color ( gardenia white) You can see the down feathers through the fabric though. It almost makes it looked stained. You can sort of move them around to make it less noticeable.

Beautiful color and super warm! Just didn't fit my petite frame in a very flattering way. Too long, but also the waist didn't sit right for me. I'm 5'0" for a frame of reference

I always appreciate NF's weight to warmth ratio. I was trying to replace the 2015 version (unfortunately shredded by a dog), but there is no replacement for the older style. This newer style is just a bad fit and shape. The ruched back is very uncomfortable, and the top is tight while the bottom is loose, wider and bell-shaped (may be good for curvy girls, though.) I did not appreciate the zipper changes (I like the flap covering the zipper, not the zipper on the outside). Everyone was right about the hood - it detaches too, too easily. The 2015 style fit better, was more flattering and was much more comfortable. The only improvement was the hood size, this hood is bigger. Please bring back the features of the older style, seen in the attached. It relies on seams to make it more form-fitting, and not the highly-uncomfortable, poorly-placed ruching.

I like the coat overall and would recommend but the hood comes off way too easily. If I pick up the coat by the hood it'll come off and if I'm taking off a crossbody purse the hood pulls right off.

This jacket felt like you were wearing a thick comfy sleeping bag, but it also looks like you're wearing one. Not a great look

This coat is warm but not heavy so it doesn't feel like it's pulling you down and for other reviewers who say the coat runs small it does but not in a major way. Just make sure you know your exact original size and go one size up and it will fit how it's supposed to because it is slim fitting
