The v12 is stiffer and feels like it has less forgiving padding in the heel. Not ideal for me, but your mileage may vary.

Best color combo....any bright neon.....have neon colors like this every new version....

These shoes offer good support but definitely run narrow - wide is the same width as 1080 medium. I buy men's shoes because women's often do not offer a wide and the men's medium usually works for me.

Run every other day. Usually about 40 minutes. Running workouts vary; sometimes hills, sometimes fartlek, etc. All on asphalt.

the muted green color. The new pair turned out to be a darker blue than it appeared online, a negative quality, but I will keep them. I dislike the thin laces, which are harder for me to tie, and I have less confidence that they will hold up and stay tied. They fit as well as the v9 pair. I prefer to have the NB letters be more muted, like the version 9 860 shoe.

I was worried that these shoes would not fit like other ones. However, these are perfect and happy I purchased them. The delivery took longer than expected.

Decent shoe for comfort as of now but to eat to tell. Seems to be solid construction & like the wide width.

Not able to use do to the size not being a good fit

For standard fit is has the feeling of a smaller size than what you order. Other than that is a great shoe

The shoe is wonderful but the material around the heel rubs to the point that it disrupts my students when I walk in the room.

Bought for a upcoming week long trip to a very popular theme park, was exactly what I needed and wore great!

I am older and have knee problems. I got these shoes to provide a ton of softness to protect my knees. These did just that. My problem is that they heel did not fit well, and the back of my foot floated around. I'm going to see what sort of New Balance has softness, but a firmer fit. I felt as If I was walking on soft jello. Good for my needs, but not as stable as I would have liked.

It took multiple tries to get stability running shoes this year. I've never had problems finding them to fit with my orthotics in the past. I normally wear a women's 8.5 2E and had to get men's 7 4E this year. This is the 3rd brand I've tried with the same wide width issue this year. I've been able to wear New Balance in my usual size for years until now. If you normally need wide width, consider sizing up from 2E to 4E. They also arrived with a damaged lace but it took so long to find running shoes that fit that I'll buy new laces if I have to.

I have bad ankles and count on my shoes for support. These shoes feel more "soft" than I expected. I will see how they work out after I wear then a while longer. Maybe they just feel soft and actually provide lots of support. That would be nice.

Excellent shoe but this model is shorter than any other size 13 New Balance Shoe. I have been wearing New Balance for the past 12 years and will never own another shoe brand.

11 D has always been my size, but it is a bit small in this shoe. I didn't have the problem with the last pair of Fresh Foams. Shoe runs well though.

Good shoe overall, but the laces are seriously way too long. Big improvement over the V11, but overall the v10 was better than the current v12. I find myself reaching for something different - so considering I owned 7 pairs of the v10 and wore a different pair every day to rotate them. I bought 4 pairs of the v11 horribles and gave them all away immediately. I have worn the v12 3 times and am not impressed. So I am looking for my next great shoe hoping it is still a NB, I just bought 3 pairs of 1080's and one pair of 880 not really happy with any of them so I also ordered the More 3. I hope the new normal is not mediocre NB

Comfortable, but towards the end of the day, my feet feel a little cramped in the shoes. Don't know if it is only an issue with the socks or whatever.

Shoe very comfortable. Toe box a little snug but heal nice and tight. Gives good support. I'll give it 4,5 stars.

I like this shoe but not as much as the old 1080. When NB changed the 1080 by adding the plastic heel tab which, to me, is a bad addition. I tried the new 1080 but the plastic tab rubs my ankles even with inserts. NB shouldn't fix something that isnt broken.

I'm really enjoying the comfort and stability my new Fresh Foams are giving me.

Great sneaker. Very comfortable. Would have given it 5 stars, but I had a problem with the eye hook on my first pair.

Shoes arrived new but had frayed laces on them. Called for a new pair of lace to be shipped and they said they don't have any and send the shoes back for replacement. Not a realistic option being without shoes for 2 weeks. Offered a gift card for $10 for new laces at their stores but never arrived!

My husband is using the sneakers on our treadmill and they're comfortable and work well. He hasn't worn them outside yet.
