I have a high arch and for walking these offer great support!

I luv this shoe. Allows enough room for the widest part of your foot, THE TOES! I will not buy another pair of Hooka again after wearing these.

I bought the Paradigm 6 to walk on paved and natural paths/trails. I like that they are lightweight, provide good support, and have a wide toe box. I have not been disappointed with my purchase.

I bought these half a size smaller than my usual size because they felt best on my feet like this. I have a wide forefoot and bunion, have had sesmoiditis and stress fractures.These shoes are a dream

I love the roomy toe box! I followed the advice to order the next size up and that advice was spot on.

I have moderate arthritis in both feet. I have barely been able to walk around the block.until I bought these shoes! They are my "magic" shoes, my husband says! We are walking further and further everydayand with sooo much less pain!!!! I am shooting for 10,000 steps and further!!! The toe bed is wider in these shoes which allow my bent and twisted toes and very thin flat feet to have enough room for this change in my toes and feet over time. The shoes are very cushiony and hug my feet. My feet feel like they are walking on a nice hug! My cousin and daughter have both purchased these shoes and love them!

I love to walk and hike. My husband and I love to go on cruises! The Paradigm always kept me walking in comfort all day. But the Paradigm 6 is their most comfortable shoe ever for taking long walks.

I did size up half dress shoe size as recommended glad I did because I wear thicker socks to walk or run. Thankful for larger toe box area; important if you have larger toe joint due to arthritis and have worked standing all day on hard classroom tile! All around cushion comfort for walking and running. Haven't found any "con" items to write. For me, I'm saving up for another pair in another great color selection available!

I chose the Paradigm 6 because of the max cushion and also for the support of the arch. I am a full time custodian in a Middle School and spend a lot of time up and down stairs not to mention walking the halls doing my duties on concrete floors 8hrs a day! My feet do not ache at the end of the day no do my knees! I have found that I did have to go up 1/2 size in both the Torin 5 and the Paradigm 6. I run in the Torin's with no problems and I love the cushion in them and the lightness of the shoe, however the Paradigms seem to be a little bit more clunky for me so I only use them for work or out and about doing things. I have the Gray and Blue colors, but so wish you had black with maybe gray contrast for women. Seems the men always get the black color... A lot of women like the black as well. Please consider adding that color!!! Overall I love these shoes and would purchase again and again. I also recommend this shoe for those who have knee or ankle issues as I have had a fractured ankle in the past and these shoes certainly help me! The zero drop shoe is for me so if you are new to the Altra shoe they may feel different at first, but give them some time and your feet time to adjust and you won't be disappointed!

These shoes are great for my feet. I wear these shoes everyday on my "on my feet all day on a cement floor" job. I have spent a ridiculous amount of money trying different brands of shoes. These are the ones for me.

I am usually a Torin girl but the tongue in those this go around is awful. So I got these and love them. I work 12 hr nightshift sat the hospital and if I can wear a shoe that's makes me not think about my feet that's a great shoe!

The shape of the shoe eliminated bunion pain immediately. The maximum cushioning helps with neuropathic nerve pain. The zero lift feels natural, and I increased my mileage with these shoes! Plus I love the coral color!

LOVE'em !! I normally wear 7.5. However, with Altras I recognize that I have to buy size 8. Love the cushion, no hotspots with Altras compared to other brands that I have tried before like Hokas and ASICS ! The width is just amazing, my toes loves me lol! Previously I had bought Altra Viho (loved them as well)! BUT, due to my plantar fasciitis I realized I need more cushioning: The paradigm is still responsive though !

Absolutely love the new Paradigm 6 and the new colors! From the previous model, I wore a size 9 but felt it was a bit too tight. So I went up a half size in the new version and they are perfect. I'm also 5 months pregnant, so the extra comfort and stability feels great as my body changes. Highly recommend trying these out!

Did my first run in these and they feel absolutely amazing!! I previously had an older version of paradigms and loved them. These are even better!! Love the wide toe box and the stability support! I generally have wider, flat feet and depending on the brand I usually get the Wide width. These paradigms work really well for me. They are very springy yet cushioned and I couldn't be happier. The coral color is so fun! I also really appreciate that Altra designs for the female foot anatomy specifically. 12/10!!!

I am a nurse, on my feet running all day, these shoes are like clouds on my feet. Great support for pronation and roomy in the toes. No pain in my feet, knees or back at the end of the day. Recommend to other nurses and they love them too!

The Torin is so springy and cushy, its almost like a slipper, but with good support! I have danced in these for years!!

This shoe meets all my criteria of providing a stable platform for a small footed women who has one flat foot that pronates and one normal foot . Comfortable out of box and mitigates my left foot"s tendency to pronate inward. My size is 5 and one half and an Altra size 6,5 fits perfectly. Yes I recommend this shoe.

My initial pair is for general use, running errands, taking walks. I bought a second pair for light hiking and walks on rougher terrain.

These are awesome. First time I wore them they felt like slippers. Perfect toe box for me! And, to top it off, they look great on the road! Thanks Altra!

I am on my feet often standing in one place for 4-7 hours 2-4 c a week and these are so comfortable!
