Very comfortable shoe, but a little snug around the top, making it a little difficult to put on or take off. Hopefully, the material will stretch after being worn a few more times.

I'VE EYED THIS SHOE FOR QUITE A WHILE. YOU SUGGESTED ORDERING A FULL DOWN. I READ SOME REVIEWS AND SAW RECOMMENDATIONS FROM TRUE TO SIZE, 1/2 SIZE DOWN, AND FULL SIZE DOWN. I ORDERED A 1/2 SIZE DOWN AS A COMPROMISE. TOO SHORT, RETURNED FOR MY REGULAR SIZE AND THEY FIT PERFECT. VERY COMFORTABLE SHOE AND FUN TO WEAR. I GOT THE MULTI COLOR. I HAVEN'T HAD THEM LONG BUT VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE. I WOULD GIVE FIVE STARS EXCEPT FOR THE MISCOMMUNICATION ON SIZING.

One size too big but that's noted, and accurate. Fits well, little bit too much insole peak mid-foot, feels comfortable otherwise.

Typical Merrill feel and look but they don't fit as snugly across the top of the foot as their jungle mocks typically do.

Well fitting with good quality. I have an issue with the lace fastener on the back, which comes loose with wear.

Comfortable but fits a little bigger than expected. The upper back part where it tightens the lace rubs against the back of my ankle and creates a hot spot, even through a sock. It seems like a good shoe design and I think I will like it more after I have broken it in.

These run large. I went half a size down and they are still a little too big. So when I pull the drawstring tight I get this long "tail" on the heel which flips around and looks a little goofy. Maybe would have been better to go even smaller.

These are very well made (As you would expect from Merrel!) but they are really BIG! I always order my hiking boots and shoes, 1/2 size big, because I sometimes wear two pair of socks (A liner and a regular wool hiking sock.) and because feet swell up after a while, especially when going hard and long. But these are at least a full size larger than I am used to. Since I don't plan to do any hard or long hiking in them (But it would have been nice to be able to.) I just added a thick, soft insole, and they will be fine around the house, yard or short walks with the dog. If you are on the edge between sizes, definitely GO DOWN.

Narrow sizing. Be careful unless you have very narrow feet

Shoe sizing is deceptive I wear a size 12 Moc and it's tight - this shoe fits sloppy at a 12-

After one month the shoe begins to squeak while walking. Annoying.

Low rating because left shoe inter seem separated on the back heel where knit area meets the firm part of shoe , have to wear socks to prevent blister. Bought them wear sockless. Otherwise comfortable to wear and work in.

Great possibility but needs some refinement. Heel section needs more cushioning and sizing is hit or miss - I had to return a pair purchased one full size smaller than my regular Merrill size for another half size smaller. But generally comfortable and looks cool.

I am not impressed with the the way they sinched the lace, and I was looking a tighter fit.

Shoe was a bit heavy., Heel felt too high and put me off balance. Maybe I'll get used to it.

The shoe looks great, but it is disappointing in fit and comfort.

Love the look and quality of the shoe. But not fitting true to size ? Too tight at the toe. Heel digs into me. I purchased in February and tried them in quickly to save for spring dog walks. I was disappointed in these shoes. But will continue to only wear Merrell on my feet.

Just got the moc explorers. For other Merrill's I've been having success with size 8s. Ordered these at 7.5 and they are too big by far. It sucks that you must pay to return them! The photo shows where my big toe is in these size 7.5s. Also they are a bit wide in the heel, even after tightening the draw string.

Fairly comfortable shoe. Sizing is way off and definitely need to go a size down.

Runs a full size too large. tension shoelace is poorly located and can rub on the back of the ankle or get stepped on if there is sufficient looseness. A bit of a pain to put on - takes two hands unlike the other Moc's. Feels good once on but it's a nuisance overall.
