I just did my first trail run with my new Cascades. Overall I was very pleased with them however I found them a little too roomy in the heel.

Nice fit and great support. I am training on soft sand, volcanic rock and jumbled footing - these shoes are a great assist on all this varied terrain.

Love these! Use them for my work shoes standing 12 hours a day! My feet feel so much better!

So far, so good! Purchased for walking. Because walkers gonna walk. As in: I am not a runner and I am okay with that. This is only my 2nd pair of Brookses (don't judge) but clearly, I am a convert (who walks). Good quality and so a healthy option for me. I ordered the pink + green and I feel like I am wearing watermelon slices on my feet. I don't mind. We shall see how they wear. As a walker-type, I put a lot of miles on my shoes -- and my feet -- so these are an investment in my health. Note to Brooks: Trying to complete this review on my laptop and finding a very clunky user experience.

I've worn these shoes for hundreds of miles on all sorts of terrain and for many hours at a time and they feel fantastic! The fit is great, they are durable, have great traction, and feel more flexible than previous versions. I never used to wear Cascadias for anything other than mountaineering, but now they are my go-to trail running shoe. Fantastic product! Keep this one going! I'll tell everyone about them and so far I've only received positive feedback.

I'm an avid trail walker! Last month, I switched-out my Brooks Caldera for Brooks Cascadia ... a very good move for me! I noticed Cascadia's solid arch support worked well with my high arches. Cushioned heel = felt more comfort with each step. Along with Darn Tough ultra-light wool socks = great combination! I purchased a 2nd pair of Cascadias directly from Brooks = same great fit + comfort!

Bought for a trip and the first time out and walking long distances and they were super comfy. The wide toe bed is really important to me, and have bought Brooks continuously for the last ten years. Don?t run like I use to, but would have bought these had I discovered them then.?

Perfect right out of the box! Stable, quick drying, and comfy for long distance. Much improved shoe.

Great traction with stability. Super confortvel e very breathable. I don?t run but I hike a lot. I?m heavy with wide feet and the Cascadia (all of them) fit me very well. Have tried many other brands, Cascadia for the win!

Loved the color and the cushion but the side of the shoe rubbed my ankle. Had to return.

Seems to be a decent fit could stand to have a bit more arch and slight width to be spot on perfect

I am a big fan of Brooks ! Used to be ASICS for a long time but got convinced by all the positive rating and have been wearing Brooks for 5 years ! Love everything about it !
