Cushion with a great ride! Good lug soles to give you grip on technical trails and great fit so you never slip! Light but sturdy and stable. No fear of rolling an ankle with these! Love the colorsa step up from your beginner trail shoe with all the comforts of a great road shoe! This shoe has good grip and stability over agility and speed. Smooth transition from the heel to the forefoot. Solid shoe I love.

This is my second pair of Cascadias. I wore the first pair until they completely wore out. The new Sasquatch design is pretty awesome. These shoes are tried and true on rough Vermont terrain.

Very comfortable and stable, no break in period required. The Louie Gong Sasquatch design is awesome and perfect for giving my usually drab PNW attire a bit of flash.

I absolutely love these shoes. I've just spent a week hiking in the Mammoth Lake area, through a wide variety of (generally steep) terrain--and felt both secure and comfortable all day long on the trails (and occasionally off). I wear Ariels on the street, and these are the perfect trail equivalent.

I LOVE the roomier toe box! The previous versions of the the Cascadia were always a tad too tight in the toes, but the 16s are PERFECT!!

I?m not a runner but I hike in the woods everyday with our hunting dog. Live the Cascadia for extra teed and overall support and comfort. This is my third pair!

Love love my cascadia 16! Even though I?m not running on trails but running on pavement they are super comfy and very durable. I have people that i pass that i notice them looking at them. Amazing shoes!!

First time trying a trail runner. Initially didn't like the extra bulk that comes with them. Once I got these beauties out on the trail my whole perspective changed. I love these shoes soooo much. Never do I worry about falling with these on. I am bombing down the hills without a worry thanks to these! Sized up half a size as recommended by Brooks and they are perfect.

Excellent cushion for my feet. Love how the sole is stiffer than on my ghost 14s. Feel like Cascadia has a bigger footprint and that makes my balance feel better. Love the colors! The Wilder the better for me.

Great trail shoes, good grip for rocky and wet conditions. Brooks never lets me down.

These shoes are a good, comfortable fit from the start. They are stable for jogging over rocks and roots, and relatively steep and rough terrain. My feet and ankles feel secure and comfortable. It was exactly the type of shoe I was looking for. I am not a competitive runner, but do it for the pleasure (and exercise) of running. I am in my early 70's and would recommend them to anyone. I will point out that this shoe fit me at a half size larger (7.5) than my usual size 7.

These shoes are so comfortable. I wear them everywhere, including gardening, because they are easy to clean off.
