The toe box was narrower than previous Brooks Ghost 14.

I have the Launch 6 Run Lucky shoe and was excited to see this Run Lucky Ghost 14. I loved the look of the rainbow Brooks logo, and also the overall print. They have a very nice feel underfoot, with lots of cushioning in the heel through about the ball of my foot. The toe area isn't as cushioned if you're looking for something a little more there. I was disappointed in the color of the side soles of the shoes. I think it was meant to be gold, and it did have a nice color fade toward the front of the shoe, but the gold color was just cheap looking. It was a bit garish between orange/yellow/gold. I couldn't help but compare it to my Launch 6 which have a true gold color. The Brooks logo was indeed rainbow-ish, but not as colorful/reflective as it looked in the photos online. There are not a lot of reflective elements on this shoe either, so if you are looking for something to help keep you visible during the darker hours, these shoes would not be good for that. I had one more concern with the shoes. They are super light weight, which is great, But I'm not sure how durable the upper will be. The main problem I had with the look of the shoe was how the upper looked along the laces. It's a stark white, seemingly raw material. It clashes with the darker green of the upper and along with the orange/yellow/gold sole just made it look cheap. The Ghost editions that I have had in the past were comfortable so compared to those, this has the cushion factor of a premium shoe, and if that's what you are looking for, that's great. But as for me, I'll be awaiting another version of the Run Lucky Launch to arrive.

I ordered a 11.5N (my true size), but the shoes were too short. Since most shoes do not come in half sizes past a size 10, I frequently am forced to buy 12N or 12M and am sometimes left with shoes feeling too long for my feet. I was disappointed that the Ghost 14 seemed short; however, the quality seems good so I have reordered in 12N. They are lightweight, which is a plus. I have never purchased Brooks shoes before, but my podiatrist recommended this brand over New Balance (which I usually wear). I can't rate the comfort and style at this point (just 3 stars given), but I will update after I receive the 12Ns. My feet are so difficult to fit -- long AND narrow!

I love these, the color, shoe, and everything. I'm bummed that they are already starting to tear up though. I haven't had them very long and I don't even run in these. This shouldn't happen already.

I wear Ghost but these seem different. They are more narrow and bit smaller over all. I have found the “special ghost” run a bit different than the typical ghost

Purchase this item for my wife she was only able to wear one time for 45 min walk because the back end of the shoe by the heel gave her a blister. So now she doesn't feel comfortable wearing them.

I replaced a pair of Ghost 7s with these, and they look nice but they feel cheaper than the 7s. And they're squeaky - even after wearing them for several weeks, even on carpet. Comfortable, though, and much more cushioned than my worn-out Ghost 7s.

These run small.

They run long not wide. I feel like my feet are flipping around. My feet immediately begin sweating as soon as I put them on. I’m not a fan. I will be looking to go with a new line. Very tired of Brooks letting me down, especially for the cost.

I have had several pairs of Ghost 13 and they were the most comfortable shoe I have ever had. Unfortunately, they seem to be doing away with them and have limited sizes so I bought the Ghost 14. These are not nearly as comfortable as the Ghost 13. They are super cute though. I would love to see these styles but with the fit and design of the Ghost 13.

Years ago around the Ghost 9 I think I exchanged my Brooks for Saucony because the tongue on the Ghosts was stiff and dug into my ankle. Went back to Ghosts for 10-13. So so sad to report that the 14 has the same issue. Will be returning. :(
