Shoe looked good and has a lot of cushioning, but was far too narrow. I was really looking forward to wearing these to get in more walking this spring and summer, but I have to return them.

The Ghost 14 seems lighter weight than the Ghost 13, which is good, but the sole is stiffer and over all the fit seems tighter than the previous version. There is a more noticeable arch support which is uncomfortable due to contacting the sole of my foot too close to my heal. Possibly this is true only of this pair, and I will probably try reordering later since I have been wearing this style successfully for several years.

Insole is too firm, uncomfortable.

They look like orthopedic shoes and there’s not enough room in the forefoot region.

These Brooks shoes have gone down in quality. They look nice and seem to be the right size but the toe area feels uncomfortable. Feels like the shoe doesn’t have enough cushioning.

I bought these shoes before and liked them very much. I buy a 9 to accommodate my orthotics. I am normally a 8. I was really surprised when I put these on. They ran way too small and were really different than the size 9 I had previously purchased and was happy with. I returned them.

I've been buying Brooks Ghost for nearly a decade, but the last two releases were a bit of a let down. I'm a 9W, and the last two releases felt smaller and more narrow than any of their previous releases. The 13's gave me blisters on the inside and outside of my foot. The 14's that I just purchased feel smaller than usual and my toes are at the very end. Unfortunately, I will be returning these and I think it's time to part ways with Brook Ghosts.

Well, I never spent this much for a walking/running shoe. The first time I wore them, I was just hanging around the house and they felt like slippers. But, the first time I used them for walking only a mile and a half, I developed a very sore foot and lower back. The shoes? The weather? Don't know for sure. I am keeping them because I do like them. They are very nice looking. But I will have to break them in before I use them on a walk again.

this shoe was disappointing... bothered the top of my feet and I expected more padding than just the heal.

They should have made the Brooks Ghost 14 like the Ghost 13. Had 3 pairs of Ghost 13. Ghost 14 not true to size as Ghost 13 and my narrow heel was slipping in the back. I always order 9N
