Have worn the Brooks Addiction for 20+ years & always able to order online because the sizing was so consistent. With the GTS 15 model, the structure has changed over the big toe & I cannot wear this shoe - the pressure on the big toes makes them sore. If this isn't changed back to the way it was in the 14 and all previous models, I will no longer be able to purchase the Addiction model. Please change this back to the way it's been for years!! The toe structure change is NOT an improvement!

Have worn Brooks addiction for years but I can't anymore. Sizing has changed with the 15 model. The 8 is too small and the 8 1/2 is too big. I need the wide footbed that it had. Will just have to find another brand as I returned them.

I have worn Addiction shoes for a long time (I like the support and cushioning) and usually when I got a new pair, the shoes feel instantly familiar and comfortable. The GTS 15 did NOT feel good - I think you changed the footbed somehow. The shoes even made my knee and lower back hurt. I returned them. Please bring back the sole/footbed of the 14. In the meantime, I'll look for another brand.

No protective toe guards. Just mesh fabric everywhere. This makes them stretch out/wear out too fast for how much they cost. I usually order extra wide and they are perfect, but the sides of my feet hung over the soles on these - they weren't as wide as my last pair. The length was too long. Not comfortable. I returned these immediately.

I have worn Brooks shoes for over 20 years. My very first pair was Addiction. These new Addiction GTS 15 are stylish and good looking. But they are NOT comfortable on my feet. No cushioning. Feels like I'm walking on concrete. I would love to exchange for different model but alas I've disposed the original box. I have only worn them in the house. Is there a phone number I can call?

I have been buying Brooks shoes for years and this is the first time they have disappointed me. I had to return the addiction 15 shoe because my regular size didn?t fit. What on earth did you do to the toebox? It felt like the shoe was a half a size too small. I don?t understand why your inventory is still so low every place. What?s happening with the addiction 14 shoes? Have you discontinued them? I am an overpronator and wear orthotics. I have used your shoe for years. I hope I don?t have to start looking for a replacement.

I?ve worn the addiction for over 20 years. The last pair started falling apart after four months. I?m not a runner I just wear these for every day use. So disappointing, looks like I?ll need to find another brand after all these years

I previously wore the Addiction 14 and am so sad that these did not work out. I tried them in both regular and wide, and they won't stop digging into my ankles and chafing them. I really need high support and the Ariel are too heavy and clunky for me. I hate to say it but after 12 years of only Brooks I might have to find another brand.

I bought two sizes one my normal size. And one a half size larger and both shoes felt like there was a hard object in the big toe area. Very uncomfortable I need a shoe with more cushioning and shock absorption.

These are *the only!* shoes I’ve ever worn a few times and returned (kudos to Zappos awesome customer service!). They felt like they were made incorrectly, and gave me serious foot pain—unlike any shoe I’ve ever worn. I’ve owned many Brooks shoes, and these were the only ones that have ever hurt my feet!

I've had many pairs of Brooks GTS over the years, but never the Addiction. They were recommended by my podiatrist in conjunction with my custom-made orthotics. However, after wearing these for a 9-hour work shift, my feet were KILLING me! When I got home, I compared the soles of this pair of shoes with the soles of my old Brooks GTS and these were definitely narrower. For reference, I ordered an 11D and I'm going to try an 11EE (!).

They are comfortable and have been my shoe of choice for many years- however the 15 sole is extremely slippery on wet pavement and sidewalks! Much like being on ice! Not a great pick for Seattle!

I gave it 2 star just because it does have the nice cushioned removable insole but there is no cushioning in the sole of the shoe itself and very little arch support. I find it too be very uncomfortable.

Very disappointed with this shoe. Have worn Brooks Addiction for many years. The pair that I received today are very sofrt, and give me almost no support, so different from previous models. Sorry to say I will be returning them.

Love the comfort of this shoe and have worn Addictions for years. But this style (material) has split around the inner top portion of the ankle. I alternate my shoes often and have not worn these excessively as previously styles. Disappointed in the "torn not worn" areas where I need the ankle support the most.

I have bought Addiction GTS consistently for a decade, two pairs a year. It is my main shoe with orthotics for plantar fasciitis. However, this model felt a half size smaller than its label. I compared my older models and recognized the difference. Just this color.
Very disappointed and too late to return since I wore it outside.

Are these made for duck feet? I’ve never seen such disproportionate shoes! The toe box is waaaaay too roomy you can fit 10 toes in one shoe and yet the middle part is so narrow the arch cuts into my foot. And then the heels are too wide. If your feet are shaped like that then you’d be happy with these. Not me.

These are running small and narrow. I ordered the wide (I don’t even have wide feet) thinking I would get less pressure on the sides of my foot and they are still too narrow. These also feel very stiff and unresponsive with little to no support or cushion. This is a surprisingly poor running shoe from Brooks. I have been a Brooks fan for years but I have increasingly not been happy with the shoes and changes made. Returning.

I have one addiction 14 for many years and have been very satisfied. Unfortunately, that Model is no longer made so I ordered what was supposed to be there closest new Model. Despite ordering the same size as before, I believe these shoes are too small for me. I am going to return them. So now, I will get the opportunity to review Brooks' return policy, which is equally important.

The 8 wide, my usual size for Brooks shoes, is too narrow in the toe. The 8 extra wide is too big.

In the past I have worn Brooks. The numbers identified in the shoe are 1203812E039 and 95394 3002 4. They were and are great. When I went to reorder I saw that they are no longer available. Unfortunately, I possibly picked the wrong replacement. I tried them once and could not get them on my feet. I know I purchased them a while ago but is there any way I can return them by coming into a store and replacing them,

Heel height too high, sends foot into toe box, which is too narrow. Also too little cushion.
