Not enough cushioning. Same size as my last ones, but are a little too long. My last pair had better cushioning..

DIsappointed F elt cheaply made and usually I take 9 1/2 in running sneakers but these were too short. Narrow yes, which was only good part!

I am sure they are great shoes. i just bought the wrong size . They are a little too tight on me . I guess I needed a wider shoe

The sole on this shoe is very flat and stiff; definitely not 'generously cushioned' as advertised.

Love Brooks running shoes but these were slightly too narrow. I usually where a 7 WW but they were just a little too tight.

Very disappointed. Have worn these sneakers for 10 plus years. Ordered a new pair and could barely get them on. Had to return.

Love the look and there was a warmish color (mauve which isn't actually warm but I'm going to pretend and wear it with my warm color clothing in similar colors. Shoe. looked nice on my foot but I had to lace it too tight to make it fit right. I have worn Brooks Adrenaline for years and I know it's the right size. It fit everywhere else but to get the support promised I had to tighten the laces to the point of pain. I'm keeping the Glycerin GTS instead if anyone has the same problem with it. Cushioning was nice as promised...just doesn't work for me. I need the stability.
I'd also recommend:
Brooks Adrenaline or Brooks Glycerin GTS are my best choices

I?ve been running in Brooks for the last 30 years. My first shoe was the Adrenaline and I stayed with them for the last 25 years until I started having issues with ankle and hip pain. I thought I needed something with more support and cushion and bought these. After a few runs, I realized that they were much stiffer on the sole and I felt like I was running with bricks tied to my feet. My feet would go numb after 30 minutes of running. Brooks has a wonderful return policy and back they went.

I tried these shoes for a few hours. They rubbed against the bunion on my foot. For some reason, they changed the support on the side of this shoe making them very uncomfortable. I wish I had bought two pairs Of addiction 14 before they changed them. Sent back.

Very hard sole, with no flexibility. I bought these thinking it would be a good alternative to switch off with my Brooks ghost. My plantar fasciitis is flaring up again. I replaced the cushion insert with no relief ?. Wish I saved the box, Id return them.

Your staff assured me the Addiction 15 was made on the same last as the Addiction 13 I had, and one person told me there was no change except for the materials the shoes are made of, so the same size should fit the same. Another staff person finally shared with me the fact the previous support for the stability was, in fact, replaced by guard rail technology. (Not really identical to the 13s). I have worn them a few times and are not enthused, to say the least. The toe box is too big -- my feet can move from side to side -- even though I ordered the same size as the last pair. Not the best for stability and a real risk for knee, ankle injury. The bottom of the laces (closest to the front of the shoe) are 3 5/8" from the front toe of the new shoe. My old ones measure 2 3/4" from the toe. I have bunions, and the difference in the that measurement is a problem. I have tried a couple of different socks, wondering if thickness of the sock would make a difference. So, not happy. Thank you for asking.

I was very disappointed with the Addiction GTS 15. I was hoping that it would be just like the Addiction 14, but it wasn't. With the Addiction 15, there is no more roll bar like there was in the Addiction 14. Instead, they replaced the roll bar with the guiderails, which I feel doesn't have the same amount of support/control like the Addiction 14's. I also felt the 15 had a "boxy" appearance, and I also didn't care for the color of the shoe. (I purchased women's, extra wide). I returned my shoes for a refund. I had read several reviews of others expressing disappointment with the Addiction 15's. I'm hoping Brooks will bring back the Addiction 14. It was a great shoe! Arlene S

I've always worn Brooks size 10 M shoes, Ghost and Addiction. Loved them. However the Addiction GTS 15 hurts my toes after just a few miles.

Have worn the Brooks Addiction for 20+ years & always able to order online because the sizing was so consistent. With the GTS 15 model, the structure has changed over the big toe & I cannot wear this shoe - the pressure on the big toes makes them sore. If this isn't changed back to the way it was in the 14 and all previous models, I will no longer be able to purchase the Addiction model. Please change this back to the way it's been for years!! The toe structure change is NOT an improvement!

Have worn Brooks addiction for years but I can't anymore. Sizing has changed with the 15 model. The 8 is too small and the 8 1/2 is too big. I need the wide footbed that it had. Will just have to find another brand as I returned them.

I have worn Addiction shoes for a long time (I like the support and cushioning) and usually when I got a new pair, the shoes feel instantly familiar and comfortable. The GTS 15 did NOT feel good - I think you changed the footbed somehow. The shoes even made my knee and lower back hurt. I returned them. Please bring back the sole/footbed of the 14. In the meantime, I'll look for another brand.

No protective toe guards. Just mesh fabric everywhere. This makes them stretch out/wear out too fast for how much they cost. I usually order extra wide and they are perfect, but the sides of my feet hung over the soles on these - they weren't as wide as my last pair. The length was too long. Not comfortable. I returned these immediately.

I have worn Brooks shoes for over 20 years. My very first pair was Addiction. These new Addiction GTS 15 are stylish and good looking. But they are NOT comfortable on my feet. No cushioning. Feels like I'm walking on concrete. I would love to exchange for different model but alas I've disposed the original box. I have only worn them in the house. Is there a phone number I can call?

I have been buying Brooks shoes for years and this is the first time they have disappointed me. I had to return the addiction 15 shoe because my regular size didn?t fit. What on earth did you do to the toebox? It felt like the shoe was a half a size too small. I don?t understand why your inventory is still so low every place. What?s happening with the addiction 14 shoes? Have you discontinued them? I am an overpronator and wear orthotics. I have used your shoe for years. I hope I don?t have to start looking for a replacement.

I?ve worn the addiction for over 20 years. The last pair started falling apart after four months. I?m not a runner I just wear these for every day use. So disappointing, looks like I?ll need to find another brand after all these years

I previously wore the Addiction 14 and am so sad that these did not work out. I tried them in both regular and wide, and they won't stop digging into my ankles and chafing them. I really need high support and the Ariel are too heavy and clunky for me. I hate to say it but after 12 years of only Brooks I might have to find another brand.

I bought two sizes one my normal size. And one a half size larger and both shoes felt like there was a hard object in the big toe area. Very uncomfortable I need a shoe with more cushioning and shock absorption.

These are *the only!* shoes I’ve ever worn a few times and returned (kudos to Zappos awesome customer service!). They felt like they were made incorrectly, and gave me serious foot pain—unlike any shoe I’ve ever worn. I’ve owned many Brooks shoes, and these were the only ones that have ever hurt my feet!

I've had many pairs of Brooks GTS over the years, but never the Addiction. They were recommended by my podiatrist in conjunction with my custom-made orthotics. However, after wearing these for a 9-hour work shift, my feet were KILLING me! When I got home, I compared the soles of this pair of shoes with the soles of my old Brooks GTS and these were definitely narrower. For reference, I ordered an 11D and I'm going to try an 11EE (!).
