Your materials have become cheap and shoddy.

I have worn the Addiction for years as per advice from my podiatrist. Like many other reviews, the Addiction 15 fell apart at the heel and back white heel cushion area did not hold up within two months. Standards definitely are not there anymore.

The cushioning is very poor. I have bought brooks for years and they had good insoles with thick cushions but the last 5 pairs or so have had thinner inserts. I have had to re-use my old inserts in the newer shoes and it is just not the same. I think I need to find another brand because I have bony feet.

I've been wearing Brooks running shoes for over 15 years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the shoes. This past year something has changed-due to having some issues with my feet I've had to cut down on running and switch to a more supportive walking shoe. After a couple other styles I had to return because the shoes began to fall apart in less than a month (of walking) I purchased the Addiction 14s and within the first few days of wearing the inner collar on both shoes began to tear- the shoes were very comfortable, but after a couple weeks the tear on the right side became so bad the shoe seemed to be falling apart. I returned these to the Brooks Trailhead store in Seattle and exchanged for the Addiction 15s-within a week the same thing happened. I've now had these shoes for a month and the tear around the collar appears to be getting worse and I will likely be returning this pair as well. I have started searching for another go-to brand unfortunately, I am really disappointed as Brooks have always fit me right out of the box with no issues.

I have had the same problem others have written about regarding the split of material around the collar of the shoe even though I have not worn this shoe very much. This is not an inexpensive shoe so the value and quality is not there unfortunately. Overall, this is not up to the Brooks standard.

I have been wearing the diction brooks running shoes for years and this pair is not made equally to the years before. They do not give the support as in past years.

I purchased the Addiction GTS maybe not even 8 months ago. They rip completely around the collar, I thought it was due to walking in forest on the trail. I called to make the company aware and was given another pair. I was grateful. Two months later the same thing happened again but this time I only wear the shoes on the treadmill and not outside of the house. I called to report about the product and made it clear that I didn't want another pair, unfortunately I was disconnected. :(
